Mumbai: They were touted as the new it' couple in B-Town. As a certain section of the media continued to insist that Bipasha Basu and Harman Baweja were officially engaged, the duo didn't deny that their relationship was in the process of being formalised either.

Be it stage shows, parties, holidays and shoots, Bipasha came out in the open about her relationship with Harman. She seemed to stand by his side despite Harman's non-happening film career. But that was then.

Not too long ago the rumours started to echo in the industry. Reacting to the rumours, Bipasha and Harman in a joint statement said, "We have had our differences but this rumor is rubbish and has nothing to do with us taking our time off. In our relationship we have been dignified and we respect each other. We do not like people having a field day at our expense. Whether we continue or not, we do and will always respect each other and would request the media to respect our privacy too instead of printing all kind of rumours without even verifying it with us."

But there is no smoke without fire. If the whispers are to believed, Harman has been dating Bipasha and a foreign model named Olega simultaneously. In fact, there have also been speculations about Bipasha's alleged liaison with her Alone co-star Karan Singh Grover. "Bipasha and Karan are colleagues. She is fond of him but there is nothing more to it," says a source close to Bipasha.
Break-up or not, this is a twist in the tale for sure. We wonder what the next chapter in this love story would entail.
