probably because one of the twins brought their food into the room and shared it..., which unfortunately was poisoned...

Yep. This was in the precap for Monday. Sanam ad Seher are on the floor. I'm guessing, let's see. Rehaan comes and finds the sisters. He knows which one is Seher now as he prob was peeking through the crack. He saves her life, but Sanam is rushed to hospital where we have to wait for Aahil to return to come and save hers.

Seher as Sanam prob brought her food to the room to share with Sanam. Both ate from it and got ill. If both ate, it means the toxicity of an entire dose is downgraded when shared so she would not get the full brunt of the poison.
