You think by now Sanam would know how easily influenced Aahil is by Tanu. Tanu doesn't need to do much to manipulate Aahil and Sanam is very well aware of that. But I guess since during the confession Aahil told her he will fix everything .. She is fully trusting Aahil ( as any wife would). I didn't watch the episode, but per ur update it looks like Trust was the word of the day in QH... Is that an indication that someone's trust will be broken? Or should we be positive and hope that Tanu will not be able to break Aahil's trust in real Sanam that easily?
