We know Sanam has been jealous. When Aahil called her on it months ago.

We have seen Aahil jealous when it comes to rehaan misunderstanding Sanam's relationship with Rehaan.

SEHAAN has NEVER gone through that to test their love. So I think that is Tanu's mission once Sahil reunite. To use this new girl to break up Sehaan's relationship.
