Wait..Aahil's connection to this story, other than being Billi's stepson was only through being Sanam's husband. When Billi's truth comes out, Aahil will break off all relations with her. So how will they continue showing Aahil? Are they slowly sliding KVB out of the show with this track? Maybe introduce a new hero for Sanam?

See what a mess Gul I mean Kaante Khan has turned this into!! Now non-Muslim viewers will get the wrong message regarding wedding rituals. First of all, there is no such thing as remarriage to the SAME person WITHOUT DIVORCE in Islam. Saahil's first nikaah was INDEED a valid one in which they were aware of each other's identities and they said Qubool Hai. A halala wedding can only take place if Saahil divorce each other. But in this case nothing of that sort has happened. In the name of trps gul decided to introduce a new track wherein she declared that Saahil nikaah was a contract marriage which will expire and then Aahil and sanam will have to marry again...Now this does NOT make any sense from an Islamic perspective as there is NO such thing as contract marriage in Islam. As long as the two individuals getting married are aware of whom they are saying qubool to, the marriage is valid. If one person is not happy with saying qubool hai initially, but the person later accepts the marriage with sincerity, the nikaah becomes a valid one. However, if the person feels otherwise, then he/she is most welcome to seek divorce as the marriage was forced/or might have taken place during unpleasant circumstances.

If two individuals get divorced, only then the female marries another male before she can reconcile with her ex or her ex can reconcile with her. After divorce, one's ex-spouse must not interfere in their personal matters and reconciliation/halala wedding cannot be forced. The female's second marriage must take place naturally...as in she shouldn't marry another male with the intention of getting divorced again. If in her fate it is written that she starts a new life, a new marriage, and then she goes on to get married again with the intention of settling down, and then for some reason/unfavourable circumstances things don't work out between the new couple, and they end up getting divorced naturally (after making several attempts to reconcile and save their marriage through arbitrators or counsellors who initiate the reconciliation process) , then if the female and her ex spouse decide to get married, they may do so out of free will. While remarrying one's ex-spouse BOTH the male and female must not keep any malicious intentions to harm each other by getting married once again as otherwise they will undergo a FITNAH which is an Arabic term that means trials and tribulations/hurdles.

Getting back to one's former spouse has been made so difficult so that no one takes divorce for granted while arguing/fighting over petty issues that can be resolved with proper discussion. This difficulty is only bestowed upon those who take divorce lightly and then later realize what they have done. Halala wedding is not a free pass for those who are divorced. Neither is divorce a free pass...divorce is a peaceful settlement between two people when they can no longer co-exist due to reasons like abuse, harassment, failure to provide/fullfil each other's needs, mental illness, STDs, failure to conceive, or a complete loss of emotional attachment. If a woman initiates divorce, it is known as a khula and in this case she must pay back her dower (meher...which is an amount given to her at the time of marriage) to her husband. However, if the male initiates the divorce, then he has no right to take back the meher from her. If the marriage was consummated, the female must wait for three months before getting into another relationship. This is known as her iddah or waiting period. This period is observed to see if the female is pregnant or not. If she is pregnant and does not wait for three months and moves on with another male, then the paternity of that child will be confused upon birth. Therefore, if she is pregnant, her waiting period is nine months i.e. till she gives birth. On the other hand, if she is not pregnant, then her waiting period is only three months since a pregnancy becomes obvious after three months or by the end of the first trimester of pregnancy which is three months. If reconciliation doesn't take place in these three months (after pronouncing the third talaq), then the male and female lose the relationship of a husband and wife once and for all. During iddah, the male may approach the female for reconciliation and if she agrees, then they can reconcile. However, if she chooses not to, then reconciliation cannot take place as marriage is a two-way street. During the iddah or waiting period, the female may ask for alimony. However, after the waiting period is over, the male no longer remains her husband, so his responsibility to provide for her ends. However, if there are kids from that marriage, then the male has to provide for his children as children have rights over their parents.

In Qubool Hai on the other hand, both nikaah and halala marriage track of RaHaFa have been shown to be a joke wherein the girl was being tossed from one brother to another without her consent which is actually prohibited in Islam. Now Aahil is being tossed and turned between multiple women and he is not aware of whom he is getting married to. This is also not permissible in Islam. Such a nikaah where the bride/groom gets exchanged in such a way that the other party remains unaware about the changed party's identity and the full names of bride and groom and their respective parents written in the nikaahnama are also different, then the nikaah becomes invalid. However in this show a valid Saahil nikaah (according to the Islamic perspective) was turned into something invalid whereas an invalid unjaana unjaani nikaah will now be declared valid by the so-called GUL I mean kaante Khan just for the sake of high-voltage drama and trps! Shame on you GUL I mean Kaante khan!🤢

@Bold: This thing just got me thinking, if Billi's truth comes out and he would break off all relations would we be watching an ARI roaming on streets?

Or worse, if the new Sanam gets greedy, joins hands with Billi and they like take over everything, he would have no house to live and then he and Sanam can get together living in some Jhopad Patti or stuff? 😲

How long one will maintain such forced trp boost

Fine it's a twist, but in getting the one twist the whole show takes a nose dive below ground zero

Was something lacking in SJ that they'd introduce a new lead?

Or is it that money has started to roll in their kitty that they wanna get 3 or 4 leads.

It's very funny how Tanveer is a super woman. She actually got to arrange for another girl with the same name as Sanam on the same day without any prior plans. Seems like she got all the brains that was supposed to go to the other characters in the show.

And in all this she is blind. Maybe Cvs want to pass a social message disability is not inability through Tanveer's chatacter 😆

She is one hell of a sexy woman, if she wasn't bad she may have well become the champion of the visually impaired
