oh u vote differently as in u type the AS first then ZRA?

As long as you use the correct hashtags, it does not matter what else you include in the tweet. (The order of the hashtags doesn't matter, and including other words does not matter).

And I wouldn't worry too much about that box. The box isn't showing which tweets will be counted and which won't. I think it's just there for promotion purposes to show that people are using twitter as another platform to vote.

Exactly, whether it's seen in that box or not won't make a difference. All that matters for the vote to be counted is that you use the correct hashtags :)
