Does sanam know that she had a twin sister??

This is unclear. Dilshad might have told her, but then again considering how traumatic it all ways and how eager D was to put things behind her and take Sanam and Haya to a safe place, she might not have mentioned it at all.

Most likely she doesn't, because when she was talking about finding the truth about her parents murder/accident with Rehan she does not mention about the missing sister.
And the way Haya was so confused when she saw both the sisters at the function points to the fact that they do not know about the existence of the twin.

Also remember the twinvala symptoms initially???? she was talking about these weird pains she gets now and then for no apparent reason through out her life, to latheef which also points to that she doesn't know about Seher's existence.

i dont think she knows she had a twin sister, dilshad hid many things from sanam and haya, inlcuding how their parents died, even seher was presumed dead by dilsahd, so i think she didnt tell abt seher to sanam and haya.

hey remember sanams first nikaah dilshad told aaj agar seher zinda hota toh uska nikaah bhi aisa karta something like that i think sanam knew about twin
