Sunehri diffuses Tanveer's threats like a bucket of water to fire. Tanveer is very much thrown out of balance by the new "Sanam".

But soon after she quickly plays nice, as Aahil appears by the door, just in time to catch wifey dear being so caring of his mother.
Later, after a late night conspiring with Razia, she sneaks back into Tanveer's room to pour soap on the floor, to make sure Tanveer doesn't get better soon and remains immobile while the sneaky duo get their scheme ready.
However, she didn't see a lone figure sleeping in the corner of the room.

She doesn't see who it is. Because she hid away so quickly when he was awoken by a clumsy sound from her. He gets up and goes to get his mother some water. And she is about to make an quick exit when, Aahil appeared.
He stands at the door watching her, impatiently, wondering what was taking her so long to come to bed. (Yipes!) She tries beating around the bush but he doesn't budge.

And she rolls her eyes in her mind, wondering what a sap he is, praising her to the skies for one little deed. (Please Sunehri, he's talking about his wife Sanam here okay, don't be presumptious)
He grabs hold of her hand, and she evades jerkily. He is momentarily puzzled, but he takes her hand anyway. You must be wondering why I'm behaving like this. Like an idiot. <Really Aahil , really! you !!> But this is because you're seeing a new Aahil. Your Aahil.

Aahil corners her and locks their bedroom. Sunehri panics and tries to evade but Aahil is not relenting. He talks about the words they have exchanged, words she has yet to say back to him...
Sunehri has no freaking idea what he's talking about. She evades. escapes with word twisting...
He wonders briefly,

The spidey sense is not strong with this one.

He thinks he is on to her and backs her slowly against a wall, fully intent on planting a deep smooch on her lips, and making her tell him the words he wants to hear...
Meanwhile, Rahat marches with full bravado to tell his brother to back off from Haya. But is confronted by a sappy Faiz, who's drawing (eww!) pictures of himself and Haya. He tries hard to tell him but is averted by a call from the army.

Precap: Tanveer wakes up worried, she wants to get Sanam's signatures immediately as she feels Sanam is up to something. She's going to probably fall loudly, and interrupt the almost smooch about to happen a few doors away...
Aahil presents "Sanam" with a gorgeous ring. I knew it ! the fourth surprise was a ring ! She won't know about the other ones, and Aahil suspicious jalopy engine will finally kick start with a spurt.
It was interesting drama, with a dash of foreboding ickiness. But Aahil has no reason to suspect that Sanam is not "Sanam" until something sets of alarm bells... I have faith in Aahil. If not then Haya. She had a 6th sense that something was not right with Sanam.
Still no news of our pyaari Sanam.
