Ms. Zoe Anwar is an American computer professional who claims to have classified information from the Swiss Bank. She is a former system administrator for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and a counterintelligence trainer at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).Banking in Switzerland is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), which derives its authority from a series of federal statutes. The country's tradition of bank secrecy, which dates to the Middle Ages, was first codified in the Federal Act on Banks and Savings Banks, colloquially known as the Banking Law of 1934. Swiss bank secrecy protects the privacy of bank clients; the protections afforded under Swiss law are similar to confidentiality protections between doctors and patients or lawyers and their clients. The Swiss government views the right to privacy as a fundamental principle that should be protected by all democratic countries. Ms. Zoe Anwar claims to have information regarding Indians holding black money in the Swiss bank. She claims to have information but with no proof the case won't hold in the courts. She herself is a Indian born American citizen. She is in India on her visit for her best friend, Humeira's wedding.

Asad and Zoya finished reading it and looked up at Ayaan, who started giving more information, "Ms. Zoe. She arrived to India one month back on a month's visa. Surprisingly, she denied any security. The minister didn't like it, because he was on the list. Being closer to them, she was able to gather evidence against him. There was a situation where she slapped me even after she knew that I was a police officer."Zoya jerked when she heard it and couldn't believe it was her. Ayaan continued, "It was my mistake. And when the visa expiry date was nearing, she had tickets ready for her departure, when her passport was stolen. She reported it to the police but the minister filed a petition saying that she was faking it to be back in India. There was a lot of tension. More than a police man, as a normal person it was evident that her life was in danger. But it was at a higher level. I was just silent witnessing the whole thing. What can a Inspector do when the DSP and politicians are involved. I remember all this, only because of the slap. I know only till the passport was stolen, because it was reported to me but after that what happened, I have no clue."Asad, "Ok. What's her address? Her parents? Where did she stay?"Ayaan, "She stayed at Le Meridien. I think her parents are dead.", it landed like a nail on Zoya's head when Asad patted her hand in comfort, "She was staying with her brother."Asad, "Her friend is marrying the minister's son. So what do we do now? Go to the marriage house?"Ayaan, "I don't know. You told me that she told you not to go to the police. But I'm sure she didn't have any major problem with the police at the time you were mentioning. So I think it is better if we know what really happened because, in personal experience I'm telling you; that minister has a police record which you don't want to know about."Zoya was getting more and more scared. She held on to Asad's hands, who was looking equally anxious. He patted her hands and looked out of the window to see the moon rising and the stars shining.

Humeira was getting ready to sleep when Imran entered Humeira's room looking pale, "Humeira! You should go! You will not be safe here." She had never seen him this impatient, "What are you saying? Tomorrow is our marriage. And?"He went to the balcony and looked out of it to see guards every where. Frustrated he turned to look at her, "Humeira! Listen! If this marriage happens, your husband gets authority over the company and properties. When you die, it goes to your husband totally and my parents...my parents are...you know what I'm saying...I overhead them."Both of them held their breath when Humeira realized the implication.Imran, "What do we do now Humeira? I'm clueless. I'm sorry. I never imagined my parents would go to this extreme. The plan was to divorce you after marriage."Humeira, "So this marriage...She was right!", sitting on her bed dejected.Imran, "Who?"Humeira, "Zoe."Imran, "Oh my God! What have I done?"She got up, "Why? What did you do to her?"Imran, "She must have overheard the same thing as me. My father's men are after her. She tried conforting me. But I didn't listen because I thought...""What did you think? You thought you could just mess a girl's life and get away with it?", getting more angry, "You planned to divorce me?! Are you a man? I still don't understand why I'm not slapping you", she turned away irritated.Suddenly, on a realisation, she turned to ask him, "Was it your people's work? Stealing her passports?" Imran took out two passports from his pocket under the coat and handed it to her with humiliation. Just then her phone rang. She answered it, "Hello Haider! Where is Zoe?"

Ayaan driving his car, "You think it will work?"Asad, "That's the only way."Ayaan, "Are you even going to consider taking her to the doctor? She said no to the police, but not no to the doctor." Asad gave him a straight smile, while Zoya chuckled.Ayaan, "Ok. I'll arrange for it. Now I will go to the protection duty and call you then." He stopped in front of Asad's house and both of them got down. Zoya made way to the house followed by Asad, when Ayaan called him, "Asad. Tanveer has been trying to call you. Talk to her. You do remember that her flight is tomorrow morning, right?"

On the porch, Asad, "Aren't you feeling hungry?"Zoya, "No, I'm not", with crossed hands looking teasingly stern.Asad, smiling sheepishly, "Come. Let's go out and eat."Zoya, "Where? We don't even have your bike or that car."Asad, "We do have legs."Zoya, "Ai! Is there a place nearby?"Asad, "It is not of American standard, but you can experience some local style."Zoya, walking out of the gate, "Will you stop teasing me with that 'American' thing. Which side? Left or right?"

Asad, following her and closing the gate, "Right...When you remember your past, I guess you will want to go to America."Zoya, holding his hands, "Well then! I don't want my memory back ever."

Both of them crept out of her room silent and careful. They knew they could pull of the guards but not his parents. They were out of the gate when a car pulled right in front of them. Humeira, "Is it Zoe?" The constable came out, "Sir, we found the car at..." He cut him off, "Oh thank you!" and he took the keys and motioned Humeira to get in the car and he also got into the , "Today is the last day for both of us as lovers, you know, tomorrow we are getting married. So we want to go to the beach, will you please not tell anyone here. I hope you understand." The constable, "Oh ya I get it. Have fun!" and he bid good bye. He turned around and entered the house when the henchmen who had fresh orders came out, "Hey! Where is the car? Where did you find the car; give us the details. Did you find the girl? Did she have a pen-drive?"

Walking out of a restaurant, Asad, "I still remember how you looked at me and said '..do...nt...nyone...they'll...kill...save...me...plz...Asad...hum..ei...is waiting...' wait a minute...Humeira...hum..ei...Humeira is waiting! I still don't know why you said 'Asad'""Zoe!"Both of them turn to look at a man (from the subway) who was looking at them confused.

An already scared Zoya held on to Asad confusing the man even more, "Zoe?!"Asad, looked at the man, "Who are you?"The man looked irritatedly at Asad, "Who are you?" and then turned to Zoya, "Zoe, what's going on? Who is this man? What are you doing here?"Just then a car pulled over by the runway, "Asad! That car!"Humeira and Imran got off the car. Humeira ran towards Zoya, "Zoe, are you alright? I was so worried." Zoya held on to Asad more tight looking into his eyes with more fear, confusing everyone around them.Imran, "Why are you not shouting at me?" The man, "What happened to you? Who is this man? Why are you acting scared? This is not like you. You..." Humeira, "Haider, stop", looking at Zoya who wasn't responding and looking more scared, "Zoe?"Asad, "You must be Humeira. Listen. There is a lot of things we need to talk about."Imran, "It is not safe to be outside like this. Get inside the car all of you."
