She killed the Nawab when he came to know abt Rehan and she convinced little Ahil that he killed his father. But she took the blame and went to jail and so Ahil os now a puppet in her hands.

After killing Asya a nawab bought SM and Aahil is that nawab's son and nd billi is his step mother...

Rahat and Faiz are Dilshads relatives. She sold KV to their dad. When Dilshad came back to Bhopal wid Haya she stayed with them until Rahats sis and her hubby threw them out of the house. Rahat managed to get a new home and all 4 of them were staying togethet until Tanveer played one of her dirty games. She told everyone she is taking Dilshad to shimla for treatment but actually had plans to kill her. But Razia saved dilshad amd nw she is staying in SM as Razias sister..
