Aahil gets distracted before opening the door by a phone call. <Blinking trolls, you CVs!> Tanveer and co. put the unconscious Sanam in bed as though asleep, and sneak out of the room like the two-bit cheap con artists they are.
Aahil walks in and sees Sanam, thinking she was asleep. He tenderly caresses her head, and she suddenly jerks away, shocking him. She is remembering her struggle for life in her unconscious state Take your hands off me! Stay away from me! Get out of here!

Tanveer (who looks absolutely gorgeous today..) continues to threaten Sanam, with the multiple ways she can get rid of Sanam. She vows that she will not only sign the papers, but also leave Aahil. All before the Kohinoor ceremony. Sanam courageously defies Tanveer, but she feels a little out of depth with the overwhelming malevolence before her.
What is Tanveer threatening to do to make Sanam sign?? Will she hurt Aahil? She doesn't know where Dilshaad is right?

Sanam continues to keep ringing Aahil... but discovers that Tanveer has Aahil's phone. <How !! That man never leaves his phone anywhere?? *grumbles*>
Meanwhile Aahil is soul-searching. The Baba's words have pierced deep into his heart, giving him some sort of a resolve. He accidentally drops his wallet, and Sanam's taweez falls out. The one he had kept after rescuing her at the farmhouse.
All these signs are indicating that I should be with Sanam. But she told me to stay away from her... After I pushed her away myself. I can't imagine being with anyone else but Sanam.
Any other girl in her place would've left me by now. But Sanam? She has stood by me despite everything I have revealed and done to her.I didn't have the faith in our relationship like she did. How can i break the relationship that Allah has given me? I need to apologize to Sanam...

Whatever Ammi says, whether true or not; As long as Sanam is with me, nothing will go wrong. The baba was right, however terrible my past was, being with Sanam now will totally change my future.
