This is how I hope it would go today.
Spoilers have become soo misleading that i'm taking some with a grain of salt unless confirmed by a segment.
Here goes, today we see Tanu forcing Sanam to sign the papers. Sanam refuses and Tanu grabs her arm. (I think it was to throw her out)
Tanu pushes her tugging at her wrist and Sanam trips, falls, hits her head. Tanu eventually gets hold of Sanam again, who is injured and emotionally hurt and Tanu grabs her and pulls her down the steps and drags her out the house. Sanam yells out for Aahil while she is being dragged.
Sanam is now outside the house and still calling out for Aahil. Aahil comes out and hears Tanu saying horrible things to Sanam. Aahil reprimands Tanu shocking her as she di not realize Aahil was there. Sanam is in tears and hurt. Aahil asks his mom what she's doing. How could he do this. He put so much Trust in her and now she's taking away the only thing that means anything to him. He shouts, "Mom, I love her." he is emotional with his announcement in front of everyone. Sanam smiles, and Aahil comes and helps her back. She hugs him and tells him she loves him too. Aahil takes the papers from his mom's hand and tears them.
He says to her, "Hurt me, make me hate myself. Tell me i'm not good enough for Sanam... BUT never hurt Sanam. From the moment you do, I will never forgive you."
Yep Gul's separation is short. This is how I think it could happen.
