Firstly tanveer got sanam married to aahil cause she had two main reasons, one is she hated nida and the big reason is rehan when he said he wanted to marry sanam ,she didn't want her real son to marry a cook and mainly to break that up she got saahil together. After the wedding she told rehan he can marry sanam after 3 months when sanam and aahil get divorced.
According to the story she still thinks rehan is waiting for sanam. so shouldnt she be trying to keep saahil together instead of breaking them up. That way she can cheat aahil of his property(as was her plan) and chase both sanam and aahil off the property???
So confused why she is getting worked up if saahil get close. isnt it her plan to chase out aahil after getting his property??? If saahil stay together wont she be able to chase out sanam too that way her son rehan is saved from marrying a cook.???😕
Hope CVs don't forget that. really don't want major separation of saahil!!! that relationship looks too fragile now and really not the time for major misunderstandings between them. maybe an intense misunderstanding just for the dramatic confession.
P.S : any major twist i hope its tanveers exposure and she is out. high time she is out.

I think her biggest fear is that since Sanam is Asad and Zoya's daughter and she murdered both of them, Dilshad could easily reveal her true face to everyone. That would put her at risk of exposure for murdering Aahil's father and blaming it on him. Because if that truth comes out, there's no way Aahil is going to sign the property over to her. And she'd lose everything.

Answer to your question is that Billi started getting irrational, impatient (though this she already was ever since the Nikkah happenned) and rash ever since she found out Sanam is Zoya's daughter.

There is Dilshad waiting in the wings. That was her first main worry. So she tried to kill Dilshad All she had to do was calmly wait it out when Dilshad was still in a coma/unconscious...get the properties signed to their name, and then have it transferred to her name. Only worry here may have been if Aahil refused to have transfer Sanam's share. First Tanveer was sure and not worried Aahil could have fallen in love with Sanam, but as she got more and more hints she starts to panic as it could mean all her hard work in molding Aahil is falling apart. Hence Aahil may not want to do what Tanveer says to do.

But she still acts rashly and impatiently in continuing to remind them of divorce, divorce. At this point, she is still somewhat confident of Aahil being her puppet. But she is too impatient--such as telling Aahil about the divorce papers which led to him tearing up the property papers.

Her real worry came when Sanam brought up Aahil's nightmares. She cannot have that revealed to Sanam, because if that is revealed then more chances of Sanam prying and going deep into Aahil's memories and putting together some pieces don't fit.

So Tanveer calls Aahil. But Aahil surprises her and Sanam. Now Tanveer really has reason to be worried. The Aahil she molded is not as she wanted to be. He is acting differently and not as she expected.

So she is most desperate to separate Aahil and Sanam hence she is trying to push divorce, divorce, divorce. She is still being as rash and impatient as before. But now, she does have some good solid reason for this, unlike before when she was just doing herself in for no good reason.

All this could've been avoided if she had been patient either of those two times when the property papers arrived. But nope...she herself is a huge reason for her plans going awry.

As for Rehan-Sanam. That is the least of her concerns right now. She's probably even forgotten or expected Rehan to have moved on or forget.

Tanveer never had any intention to let Rehan marry Sanam even before knowing the truth about Sanam, because of her low social and economical status.

The most prominent reason why she is trying to separate Sahil is because she don't want anyone to know about her ugly past, what she did to Sanam's family...she is scared that she will lose her "good person" image there by losing everything.
