Confession and bang separation is what the CVs have planned I guess. But I dont think there will be any puppy love or cheesy scenes for Saahil. Saahil are way too hot for such romance.

So on the twists. Who knows, could be anything. But it's gotta involve SaHil in it so it can't be D. I personally want it to be C but I know for a fact that can't happen. Not so soon, Aahil would probably take a while to come to terms with her highness the conniving cat!
Ahil will not have any other option but to come to terms. Billi will unmask her mask only when the property has been transferred. ANd then she will throw them out. And anyways, it looks like he already has some doubts on Tanveer.

So I really can't say, although Aahil switching the twins won't be a bad idea. That will guarantee us no humbistar between Aahil and Seher. My personal wish would be to see Aahil gifting Sanam a dhaba after he switches the twins so she can fulfill her dream. He can drop in periodically for some haystack romance. ;) There you go, romance, Aahil redemption, Sali Jiju banter between Seher and Aahil and also the twist! Good idea no! ;)
I wish so wish they take up the redemption track before confession. During this course of contest, Ahil learns how much Sanam loves her Dhaba and her dreams of opening chain of dhabas. And he gifts her one. And Sanam gifts him a car from the income earned from the dhaba.

Both their redemption complete and then they can confess, fight, laugh, cry and do all that normal couples do.

There was this idea during the beginning of QH2. That Razia has planted Rehaan in SM to avenge Billi. Maybe Razia switched the kitten in the orphanage itself. That was when Billi was her Souten. And Billi brought Rehaan into Nawab family taking him to be her son. Rehaan keeps referring that he is indebted to Begum Sahiba. Maybe that Begum Sahiba is Razia and not Tanveer.

When Rehaan hugged Tanveer (during the Kabrastan scene) for the first time acknowleding the mother-son duo, Rehaan gave a distinct evil look. A son meeting his mother after ages, would be teary eyed or angry, but not evil.

Although I do like my switching idea, I hope it goes the Billi throwing them out way. Aahil is not dependent on properties and has his own business so he should be fine. They should move away and start their own world elsewhere, away from all the chaos and Billi. They can then think calmly and avenge Nawab and AsYa murders? Although I reckon Aahil would still need a lot of convincing for that at this stage...

But still a switch seems to be round the corner. Ahil knowing Sanam's desires , would prove handy when the switch happens.

But the way they focussed three months contract marriage and divorce in the interview, is it an indication that they will be separated...please a big no.I want Sahil to fight against Tanveer together.

And I feel your guess of Razia being a major part of the twist...me too agree. Razia missing for hours and the focus given for that is an indication that she is upto something.

Who will be saving Dilshad is of another guess...Rahat, Rehaan, Razia
