Twist?

There was an article that came out that said that Rehaan will send Seher to Aahil. So this has caused speculation that Rehaan will try to swap Sanam and Seher for his own purposes (since he loves Sanam). I think that they purposely misled us into thinking Rehaan's intentions are bad. But I think that Rehaan will realize something is up with how similar Sanam and Seher look and will bring Seher to the Ibrahim mansion. That's what they meant that Rehaan will send Seher to Aahil IMO. Thoughts?
