I am hearing of rumours of a possible switch of twins. Though it is something I have been dreading, it seems there is a possibility of it happening. Of course with Rehaan being responsible for that, I'd hate him even more.
I also do not know how Rehaan will pull it off to convince Seher to do this as I cannot see Seher willingly doing anything to hurt Sanam, with their connection and all, and how she shares this emotional bond with her..
Soo here is a possibility if it is done with Rehaan being evil.
Rehaan is sharing moments with Seher, and though her personality is completely different, her face is Sanam's and he'll constantly be reminded of the "love" he lost.
He also cannot handle Seher's obvious hunger for money, but uses it to his advantage.
He probably tells Seher that Sanam is unhappy in her marriage and wants to leave. He also teases Seher with the amount of money Aahil has. He tells her that if she takes Sanam's place as Aahil's wife, all the wealth could be hers and she'd be helping Sanam.
This way Seher goes into this innocently. She has no idea she is Rehaan's pawn.
While sanam is alone, Rehaan probably grabs her from behind and kidnaps her. On the other hand, Seher enters and goes to dress like SAnam.
Rehaan takes Sanam away and I think at this time, she would be unconscious.
Meanwhile Seher is enjoying the life of Sanam. Aahil has not come face to face with her since the exchange. At times she displays Sanam's behaviour and at times some of hers come out which confuses Aahil.
After awhile something confuses aahil about his "wife". He may even bring up certain moments they shared in conversation and Seher at first knows nothing of what is being discussed, but then corrects herself.
Meanwhile Sanam wakens and finds Rehaan gazing at her. She is surprised to see him. He confesses his love for her and told her that he wanted to save her from Aahil. He promises that both he (rehaan) and her would be together now. He says he knows she does not love him yet, but he's sure she will learn to love him,. ( This is how she'll find out his feelings for her that he kept hidden)
Sanam becomes shocked at Rehaan's. She says that they can't be together as she is married to Aahil. Rehaan tells her that he has taken care of that.
He also tells her that he knows she is in love with Aahil, but he, (rehaan) will help her forget Aahil as he, (Ahil) cannot make her as happy as he (Rehaan) can.
Sanam begins to get agitated. She tells rehaan that he is confusing friendship for love. That it's true she does not love him, but regarded him as a friend.
Rehaan continues to put pressure on Sanam, who continues to draw away. She begs Rehaan to take her back. He refuses and she gets scared. She pleads with him. He asks her whhy does she want to go back there,. How it's a waste that she'll love Aahil but he'll never return her love for he'll never admit how he feels.
Rehaan says that if she learns to love him (Rehaan) she'll feel his love and they could have a wonderful life. She tells him that would never happen.
He refuses her answer and locks her in the room, telling her she better think carefully. She runs after him before he could lock the door, begging him in tears to let her go. He is able to get her away and lock her in the room. She collapses in tears. She begins to think of the times the proof of Rehaan's feelings for her were there and ignored it. She blames herself for what happened and the change in him.
She then thinks of the sweet moments she recently spent with Aahil and realises how much she misses him. She cries herself to sleep thinking of these moments wanting to hold on to the memories.
In the mean time, Tanu is concocting a plan to cause Sanam to be helpless under her and who won't give her trouble.
Maybe poison Sanam? But Tanu has no idea the person she is going to hurt is not Sanam but Seher.
I have a feeling though that Raziya would be the first to notice the difference. I also think Raziya was responsible for rescuing Dilshad and has her secretly being taken care of in a room in the mansion.
I think Raziya would be the one to uncover Seher's secret and tell her that she'll keep her secret but where is Sanam. Seher will tell Raziya what she was told and Raziya being in shock tells Seher a different story. Seher is not sure what to believe so decides to investigate on her own. She probably decides to question Aahil about how he feels about " Sanam) or even questions Lateef. Before Seher could go to confront Rehaan, Tanu carries out her plan. Sanam who is hurt is being held by a devastated Aahil. Before Seher passes out, she witnesses Aahil's love for Sanam and tells him, i'm not Sanam. Im Sunheri. She tells him to go find Sanam. He shakes her to find out what she means. She is probably rushed to the hospital or so where she is taken care of. He ponders on her words.
Raziya comes to Aahil and hints to him that Rehaan took Sanam. Aahil now goes in search of Sanam.
Rehaan on the other hand is still putting pressure on Sanam but she does not give in. She screams at him that she'll never love him. She loves Aahil... which is an awakening moment for herself as she has admitted it to herself. She tells Rehaan that he'll never separate them.
Aahil at this time will be trying to find out where Sanam is, and sense her danger. Seher comes too, and tells Aahil. Aahil goes in search of Sanam, who at the same time tries to escape. She finally escapes and is running away. Aahil at the same time is searching for her. Rehaan notices Sanam missing and runs after her. As Sanam is trying to escape Rehaan catches up to her, but not before Aahil gets to her first. Aahil and Rehaan get in a physical fight, with Aahil winning. Sanam stops him from killing Rehaan. in the emotional moment Aahil asks her what happened. She reveals everything. In the moment, the two reveal their love for each other, with Sanam confessing first.
Rehaan is taken to hospital for his injuries before taken into custody. That night after the rescue and confession, Sahil consummate their marriage.
