Thanks. Rehaan is sweet but he needs a lot of strength of character because he will need to take a lot of decisions and be a wall for many who are about to fall apart. 😆

Good to see you here after long.
Well I have a different opinion here. I watched QH 1 after my fav show IPK ended and it was indeed good one . ASYA was good too but for me Saahil is too good. I am again in love with a couples chemistry after IPK s leads. So QH for me is Saahil.
Coming to Rehan I am very fond of this character and wants to see what the CVs do with his character in the future.
But overall QH 2 my fav character is Aahil. Very unique character and I thoroughly enjoy watching his scenes. The actor is going a great job too but Whoever created Aahil hats off to him/ her. Very unique and entertaining character.
awesome comment 👏
hi,
Totally agree with U. Ipk is my first indian serial too, then Q1 and now Q2. But I must admit Q2 is my fav. for now. Kushi is my fav. female lead but AHIL is my fav. male lead. I also like Sanam much more than zoya. One reason is that SJ's acting has improved greatly with time and also because sanam is a more stronger and mature character though less bubbly.
As for Rehan, I don't think ANY one in the forum actually dislikes him. What is not to like about him except that he hasn't stood up for Ahil yet and is being a spectator to what his Ammi is doing. which can be explained as a humanly flaw of loyalty to his mum and also not knowing what to do under the circumstances. NEVERTHELESS it is a WEAKNESS in character that he is not able to or unwilling to do so.
I also feel that he is not standing up for Ahil because despite that he considers Ahil as a brother, he does not feel THAT strongly for him. We can see that he did not show that much emotion when Ahil was dying in hospital considering that he tears up easily for people he really cares about like Sanam and Tanveer.
So for me though I understand his position IT STILL does mean that he is WRONG for being a silent spectator to all this.
IN short Rehan is the TYPICAL GOOD GUY that every one would love and understand and excuse the character weaknesses.
AHIL is the opposite. Full of flaws due to his up bringing and the guilt of a crime he never committed due to which his beloved Ammi suffered in jail for a decade as per him. He is rough and tough projecting a mean exterior with a I don't give a damn attitude. He HATES HIM SELVES MORE than anybody else could ever do. He is SUCH a flawed character.
It will be VERY easy to dislike him or for the most be neutral towards him for people who hasn't followed Q2 from the beginning and followed his journey thus far.
BUT his character is strong with so much DEPTH and DESPITE everything has a strong sense of standing up for justice with a golden heart that I cant help but love. I guess even in real life it would take a great deal of understanding and thinking outside the box to like AHIL where else its easy to love Rehan.
And AHIL is so beautifully portrayed by KVB, that Ahil becomes ALIVE for the audiance. Thats why that even though his character may not be understood clearly and thus not easily defensible by most he is still loved by so many of us.
Sorry for the long post but just didn't know how to trim it down.
