We saw Rehan calling sanam after seeing the unconscious girl on the road who looks exactly like sanam. Sanam asks him why he went away all of the sudden with out informing? Rehan replied that zindagi waise jathi hai jaise hamari kismath hame le jathey hai. He then looked at seher's face. Is is a symbolism saying that sehaan is coming up?

May be they are going to that direction. Yesterday episode they showed Rehaan went orphanage where seher also shown. May be two of them spent together at same orphanage before tanveer adopted rehaan. so may be they have some kismath connection.
