It's not divorce within the story. The papers are a mistake. No one thinks it's over right away, but rather they knew signing the papers mean they would have the property in their name. The process started months ago back when Vakeel Saab took Sanam's and Ahil's names and fathers' names. This is the last step. Even then, they would need to get this papers back to the lawyer, but it would probably be in their names within a few days, maybe even quicker.
Tanveer said what she did because of Raziya's warnings and Lateef revealing they were close. Tanveer wouldn't care much if she were close to the transfer to her name, but that is yet to be done. For this, I guess since the properties are in their name, they don't need to pretend...if Vakeel Saab finds out, nothing much he can do. However It would be most ideal to continue the marriage till the transfer is complete.
But Tanveer makes sure to try to douse anything that may be growing because she has that worry that Sanam could find out the truth before the transfer. Aahil if he falls in love can support her. Both can refuse to transfer. Other worry is that if they decide they will not separate, Aahil can refuse to have Sanam transfer her share, similar to his reasoning given when Tanveer asked for the keys. Other reason, which Tanveer underestimated till today despite previous hints and giveaways. She has that Aahil doesn't now automatically and blindly support Tanveer. Oh, he will still transfer his property share with no problems right now. And even later he would, but Tanveer now sees her work is getting undone by Sanam. And now there will be another waiting period before Tanveer can get the properties transferred to her, because they need to be transferred to SaHil still.
Tanveer's own impatience is her undoing. She could have just waited for Aahil to get better. She could have calmed down quicker and not end up spilling the water. Now, Aahil just saw once again her true colors as he's even doing little by little since the Nikkah. Even more, she delayed her "victory," which will cause her to never get it at all.😆
