If the switch happens, it may be Rehaan to make the switch. If you notice his flashbacks - he thinks of Ahil calling him a servant, and then of Tanveer sending him away because SHE and AHIL feel it necessary and finally she thinks of Sanam and gets this look. He is still madly in love or infatuated (whatever you want to call it) with her. It would be interesting to see as the story progresses if he lets Sanam know about her twin/lookalike.

OMG really !! He must've slept so soundly he rolled over and took over her side, which was why she was shaking her head when she walked in.. So cute ... No contentious border dispute!

Tanveer, Tanveer, Tanveer.

Her blind greed, impatience and arrogance--they are important factors for her own downfall. If she weren't so insistent and played the caring mother, Aahil would've gotten better and signed it later. Fine, she tries to make him sign. But Sanam objects and Aahil agrees, and she reacts. Then knocks over and now has lengthened the waiting period.

She's sneaked some other papers in there hasn't she? the first bunch of papers they signed just after marriage, so these papers are ones where (Aahil thinks) Nawaab's properties are transferred to Tanveer. Not everything. That's why these particular papers were so important. She was going to kick him out afterwards.

Now that waiting period allows for the veil over Aahil's eyes, or rather her spell on Aahil, to slowly wear off a bit more. As many have already said, It's already worn off a bit due to Sanam, but it will wear off some more. Because of Sanam and also because he is really is only now spending real time with Tanveer. But mainly because of Sanam as that love chips away at that fake blanket Tanveer had wrapped him with.

It looks like Aahil isn't in any illusion with Tanveer. He doesn't even gush at her side anymore. He is exceedingly polite and respectful but no more than that. All she has been harping about is the jaidaat... signatures.. properties...

This doesn't mean that I think Aahil will ever completely only hate Tanveer. I think even after he finds out the truth, he can lose the love, but it's difficult to not feel anything at all in such situations. But yeah Tanveer, bring your own downfall!

I was surprised he didn't stop Sanam for raising her voice at Tanveer. In fact he somberly agreed with her too. That pained, "Ammi, bahut dard ho raha hain...!" And she didn't bat an eyelash. Her charm spell is wearing off. She'll be going for Sanam now...
