It depends on when this scene takes place.
If it starts today's eppy, I could see Seher as Sanam telling Rehaan she needs money and does not want to ask Aahil for it.
Once she leaves, Rehaan will call up Aahil and reprimand him for no proving Sanam with accessiblility to money if she needs (I'm sure sanam just has to use her name and she has money..) but anyway.. Aahil gets upset that Sanam went to Rehaan for money.
So when the real Sanam stops Aahil from signing the second document of transfer to Tanu, Aahil will probably ask Sanam, if she is afraid to lose the wealth since that's what she married him for. Sanam will tell him something in anger to make him think twice about his remark, but it already hit Sanam. She goes off in tears and Aahil tells his mom he'll sign the other one later as his hand is paining. He thinks how much he hurt Sanam, and MAYBE he misunderstood.
OR...
If it happens AFTER Sanam tends to his hand, Rehaan may call Aahil telling him that Sanam came to see him, distraught that she needs money to get away and leave. He probably says that Sanam is hurting. HHe reprimands Aahil for being soo cold towards Sanam and that if he is not careful, he'll lose her as she wants to leave.
This will lead Aahil to think that he could lose Sanam causing him to confess his feelings to her and beg her not to leave him.. AKA Kv's first set of pics with SAHIL being romantic and aahil bareback. .
