I think that this is after Tanveer tries to get Aahil to sign the papers. In the precap, we saw Aahil trying to sign them but he was in a lot of pain so Sanam stopped him. Since they're in the same clothes, I think what we see in the segment is after that scene. 😉

It seems Sanam is upset with him, it could be that when she tries to stop Tannu, he says something to Sanam. and she is upset because of that? or may be not, surely this is after that scene. Thanks for sharing, both are looking cute, can't wait for tomorrow.
