Hmmm... Saasuma is not evil...just well meaning. She has been warned about Haya- knows/ thinks she had tried to trap Raahat...she just does not want her Faizu to get hurt at the end of this!😉

I really like this Soup! They could've built up Faiz's story more convincingly. Yesterday, when he reached out to Haya, and saw revulsion, I admit I felt bad for him. It's not his fault really.

I liked your perspective. I'd like to see what he does next. ❤️

He lay broken.

After weeks of persistence, trying to cheer her up in all ways possible, finally he had snapped. Haya stared at the man whose name she carried. She felt sorry for him. He had been very understanding. He had given her space all through the 3 months of their marriage. But he had persisted...by way of gifting her, helping her out, trying to make her laugh...nothing had worked. He just did not learn to read her.Unlike Raahat, who knew her moods, her unspoken words...except for that fatal misunderstanding...Faiz was like a boy...he was nothing but a child. He had asked, and his bhaijaan had given...

Today was probably the day he grew up. She felt bad for him. But she refused to live this lie. Her feelings counted. And finally she had conveyed it to him. It was heart breaking to see the shock and disbelief on his face when she pointed to Raahat's picture in his wallet and her tears had spoken for her. But she was glad she had clarified.

Faiz stared at the cold wall that had been his companion for many nights. He had wondered at Haya's indifference to him every night that he slept on this sofa in her room...After Haya's breakdown at the hint of physical intimacy, he had respected her privacy. He had been unfazed as he believed firmly in his love. To a casual observer, it must have looked like a mere infatuation...however, Haya ws the first girl in his life...and only girl ever.

He had grown up a lonely child. His school years still made him shudder...he had been an unhealthy, diffident child and was naturally prone to be bullied. He had needed his bhaijaan at every juncture to defend him. It was only when his ever popular, strong and protective brother left for the army that he had learned to venture out of the shadows. But never had he found a true mate...he was constantly in search of that one person...a friend whom he would feel comfortable with. When that seemed like a fantasy, he had masked his true self and tried to live someone else's ideal...peer pressure had bottled him up in a shell...the pearl within lay undiscovered...he was shy to show it to the world...what if it was an ugly looking pearl?

That had changed with Haya. It was not that he was not afraid of rejection ...or that he felt sympathy for her ...or that he thought she would be grateful to accept a proposal from him...Haya simply walked into his life. And for the first time ever he felt someone belonged with him. She was gentle, graceful...and he had known...that her steps would naturally fall beside his. He had not even had to sit down and talk it with her...he dreaded having to face a rejection or having to convince her of his feelings...his surety. And she had miraculously agreed. Or so he had thought. Now he knew her acceptance had been for the big brother whose shadows he happily trailed on...now he could also connect why his bhaijaan had been healed of his past and had to run to hide in it... He was ashamed of his tears. Men did not cry. No wonder, Haya could never love him. He was nothing, but a shadow...

He moved closer to the wall, pressed his forehead aginst it. The iciness was a welcome relief to his distress. He squeezed his eyes tight...there was no bhaijaan to run to... he had to find the answer, and oddly enough he knew in his heart that he was the answer.

She had never been interested in what Faiz had to say...but today,Haya could read into the deathly silence that hung in the room...

This boy's pain...it stung. For the first time after her nikah, Haya felt something other than helplessness and anger. ...Sympathy? Yes, it was. But she did not know how to deal with it.

Author's note: My attention was diverted for a few seconds while watching the episode on 01.09.14 and I freaked out seeing Faiz lying shirtless on some woman! I thought satyanaash! This is a retake of Farhan, and Faiz is revealing his dark side! Thankfully, that turned out to be Haya, with some predicatable excuse for their predicament!🤔🥱 Anyway, the end result is this.😆 Faiz has been gaining on my sympathy ever since the nikah. I don't know who deserved whom, but I feel strongly that Faiz deserves better... This will be a Three shot ot Two shot; I do have a feeling that this couple/ triangle will not be well received... would appreciate honest comments. 😳

Hi Soup Nice take on FaHa.All this could have been avoided if Faiz himself had proposed to Haya.Maybe HAya thinks he is childish and prefers the maturer Rahat.
