Seher can't believe she saw her look alike and looks at her idol of Ganesha and feels some connection with the person she saw at the hospital. Seher is confused as to why she is feeling like this for someone she haven't met and doesn't even know.Sanam ask Rehaan about Ahil. He tells her Ahil is out of danger, he added she prayed with such devotion. Sanam say she have never seen Tanveer like this but after all he is Ahil's mom, Rehaan sadden by the truth. Tanveer is happy, Ahil is alive for all her plan would have failed.Ahil wants to be discharged asking for Rehaan. Sanam arrives asking how is he, Ahil, however only understand Rehaan arrived with Sanam and thinks otherwise and jerk her hand away from him. He gets up and began to leave, Sanam follows them, the doctor tells him, he need to rest. Ahil tells he is suffocated there and wants to go, the doctor agress to let him. As he is being discharged, the doctor tells him, his condition was critical and medicine wasn't effective but someone's desperate prayer made all well. Sanam looks on while Ahil turns to look at her. He then asked about Dilshad, Sanam tells she is okay. Ahil ask her to take care and call if needed, Tanveer tells Sanam to go with instead and she will stay. But Ahil say let her stay and Tanveer should come with him, Tanveer is angry but agree as the leave while Sanam looks on.Faiz ask Haya to at least eat as he the corner of the room where he arrange the dinner. She goes with him and they sit next to each other but Haya is stop think about Rahat's memories. Faiz draws her attention back, but she is unable to stay in the room and rush out, but Faiz got her hand before she run and ask what happened, but she jerk his hand away and runs leaving him shocked. In her room, Hay cries about Rahat, she pretend to sleep when she saw Faiz at the door. He enters and sits besides her while she's uncomfortable. He covers her and tells her he loves her and goes then she began crying again.Next Morning, Seher dressed as good girl sees her next target. She see a couple who is donating charity and talks about her bad life over the phone and say she will commit suicide so that the couple hears her and they did. In comes Rehaan as he meeting is finish and he saw her and thinks what is wrong with her all of a sudden and calls her Sanam.Ahil is having a hard time putting on his shirt and Sanam helps him but he jerk her hands away and continue but is unable to do so, Sanam helps him despite he not wanting her to help him. He then began to button the shirt but can't, she asked to help but he yelled at her, but still he is unable to button the shirt so she helped him, they share an awkward romantic moment. As she began leaving, her veil got hooked onto his shirt button and she thinks its him and turns to see. Ahil then pulls the veil out as her remember her and Rehaan and leaves angrily making her wonder.
PreCap: Sanam brings food for Ahil and keep insisting he eats, he accidentally throw the plate away and she is shocked. Haya arrange the food for Faiz relative while one lady pull Faiz aside and ask why did he marry a dumb and deaf girl can't he find a proper girl.
