What the hell is this? We will have the Ibrahim Mansion happenings. All well and good.
But on the other side, the side track is one where a deaf girl is stuck in an invalid marriage. And what exactly is the point? Are we expected to feel sorry for Faiz and now start rooting for Haya-Faiz? If you want to have a triangle with brothers, or you want to show Faiz as a dependable guy unlike Rahat--FINE I have no objection. But why make the woman a victim and for her and the audience to accept an invalid marriage as valid one? Sick. Want to show a show a triangle between brothers or a woman realizing another brother is the better man or whatever? Have the guts to show it without taking away the female's agency, instead of using regressive tactics.
And now, we have a screechy woman who reminds me of so many Saas-Bahu crap. So are we going to be subjected to a regressive, Saas-Bahu track as the side track?
Edited to add. That precap scene came off to me as having a regressive feel, which is a first for QH2 for me. One of the things I've always told people when I praised it is that it didn't have the typical regressive feel and such things which bogged down the show. But now, we have this entry of that woman who looks like so many characters one can see in any show at any given time.
