* Sanam goes to change and give blood to Dilshad. Exactly at that time Seher walks in and the nurse sees her and asks her why she is here. She asks Seher to give blood. Seher sees the guards behind her and agrees to donate blood. Both Sanam-Seher are donating blood for Dilshad.
*Doctor is on the phone and tells a Sr. Doctor that Dilshad is out of danger, but Aahil is critical. Tanveer is angry. Sanam comes out and asks Rehaan what the doctor said. Rehaan tells her that Dilshad is safe but Aahil is critical. Sanam is worried. Tanveer tries to make Sanam leave, but she refuses. Sanam goes to meet Aahil and starts crying. Seher comes out of the room and goes into another and hears someone cry. She looks at the back of the person.
*Sanam cries and due to the twin effect, Seher cries too. Sanam is still crying. Seher wipes her tears away and is about to leave, when Sanam turns around and Seher sees her and is shocked. As Sanam looks exactly like Seher.
*Sanam can't see Seher. Seher is still shocked. Haya is outside thinking about what happened. Faiz comes and calls for Haya. Faiz says Dilshad is fine, Haya asks about Aahil. Faiz says he will be fine soon. Faiz takes Haya inside, Haya sees the room decorated and is shocked.
*Aahil is wheeled into the ER, Sanam is worried And looks at Aahil in the ER. Sanam runs and goes to a room and cries her heart out. The doctors are trying to revive Aahil. Sanam starts praying for Aahil.
*Sanam is praying and crying. She remembers the cruel things she told Aahil. She begs for forgiveness. She prays for Aahil recovery.
Precap : Rehaan meets Sanam and tells her Aahil is out of danger. Rehaan goes outside and sees Sanam dressed in a different attire which is actually Seher and is boggled. The doctor tells Aahil that someones prayers helped you recover.
