Maybe Seher unexpectedly makes Aahil think she's sanam. She probably sweet talks him and he thinks she is thanking him for everything. Seher probably runs out then, but later that night Aahil probably starts to put the moves on Sanam.

Well, I'm going to go with that and hope they turn it into a brief and comic interaction, possibly setting SaHil off on a path to explore Sanam's past. Wasn't there something on F32 about Aahil helping Sanam?
