Do not panic. Spoilers' wording is very misleading. This could go many ways. It could be that Seher sees the lifestyle Sanam is living and gets angry, knowing she, Seher suffered for so long. She probably thinks Sanam has always had this luxury.
For all we know, at first she'll demand Sanam to give her money, or Sanam will be mistaken for Seher if Tanu gets to know about Seher and Tanu tries to kill her.. but unfortunately it maybe Sanam's life at risk.
Or maybe Tanu thinks Sanam is the one who brought Seher and decides to try kill Sanam.
