Asad is quite an enigmatic personality, leaving those around him flabbergasted especially Nisha and his ability to convince Zoya and know when he reasons with her he becomes her weakness as he is able to persuade and influence her. 😎 👏

I liked the idea of Zoya being in Germany. 😳 She spent her time with elderly people to acquire love she never got from her parents - that was heartbreaking.

Those pieces of literature she read aloud from "Asad's favorite book" were profoundly beautiful and significant to their lives, more especially hers. Asad completing what she left unsaid was just wonderful and symbolic.

When Vishal was slandering her, Asad remain silent, he obviously was in shock and surprise, but I still wasn't certain why he remained silent, I am glad Zoe questioned his silence and he provided justification to his actions.

Here's what I loved and thought were outstanding:

"I am hurting her ? She is the one who always hurts me with her stupid decisions."

"I will handle her. I know how to that's why she is running away from me."

"She is stupid enough to think that because I wasn't going to wait for so long to meet her."

"I didn't do anything. I told you he is smart and won't take long to track you but you never listen to me --- I just bought him here only."

"Who the hell are you to decide its over ? I told you its never gonna end and that was final !"

"I will handle everyone. I promise ! No one would ever say anything to you. If anyone tried to hurt you then it would be me whom they will have to pass through."

"I just need you to trust me and in return I will be always there beside you."

""You are wearing my gifted pendant." He said as he looked at her neck which showed the pendant he gave her. "And reading my favorite book. Is that what you call 'move on' ?" He asked her sarcastically with a pinch of anger while she glared at him."

""I know I don't deserve you as you deserve someone better but this is how life works. You have to compromise with me only." He said with fake sadness and shrugged lightly while Zoya glared at Nisha and others who laughed at his stupid joke. "Zoya you are a gem and you are everything I want in my partner." He was back to serious mode again and started praising her as he knew it always works on women but he wasn't lying either. "You are self made and this is what makes you different from others. For me, a woman who creates a full, satisfying life on her own is a lot more inviting than one who looks to a man to create it for her." He said while looking directly into her eyes and like always his words were having a heavy impact on her."

""Yes, its gonna affect me until you won't forget all that. And I know you will forget everything soon as you can't see me in pain." He answered her smartly and she stared at him for a while. "Don't think too much Zoya, just do what your heart says and if you feel better with it then definitely you will be making the right decision." He repeated her words with his fingers crossed. Her voice cracked and a smile occurred on her face while few tears rolled down her eyes finally."

The entire scene at the end were he humors and indulges her, was truly charming, cannot help but quote it.

"He wiped the tears off with his fingertips. She shrugged his hand away and moved ahead to hug him. He was taken back by her sudden act but then he snaked his arm around her waist and slowly stood up with Zoya.

"Miss Zoya Farooqui, you love me and I love you that should be the end of discussion now." He whispered in her ear softly and she hugged him tightly.

"Where were you from so many days ? I missed you but you never care." She started blaming him for the whole thing like always while he smiled at her outburst.

"I am sorry. It won't happen again." He said as he buried his head in the crook of her neck, inhaling her scent which was everything he needed at the moment. "You should really think about yourself if not me before making these stupid plans." He said disappointingly as Nisha had told him already about how much she had suffered all this while.

"I was thinking about your future and I know I was right." She said as she moved back and looked up at his face while he wiped the tears from her eyes and pressed her lips on her eyes and cheeks.

"Well then you should stop thinking from now on. I am the only one who will think and you will just enjoy your life." He said, smiling while resting her forehead with hers and she let out a soft chuckle.

"Alright !" She agreed, unaware of his future plans. He smoothed back her hair and pecked her nose which made her blush finally. All the oldies clapped at ther reunion while they were still lost in the moment.

"And you won't run away from now on before discussing the problem with me." He said as he cupped her cheek with one hand and she nodded in okay before moving ahead and crushing his lips without caring about Nisha or other people in the hall. Only she knew how much she missed him and craved for his touch. He mushed her lips as he pressed her soft body harder against his own while everyone looked away, seeing the intensity of the kiss.

"Guys we all are still here and we are not planning to leave at all !" Nisha's voice reached their ears while all others laughed at her statement. Asad was ready to break all the rules today but he knew he has to wait for the right moment and the right place. He broke away and wiped the fresh tears from her face which were the proof of her happiness.

"And you won't stay anywhere else other than my house from now on." He passed the next order while she shook her head in confusion.

"Wait ! Wait ! Are you trying to put in some extra rules in the contract ?" She asked him confusedly.

"No, I don't care about rules anymore. I am planning to bound you with me for --- eternity." He told her with a smirk on his face while she raised her eyebrow at him. "Get ready for your punishment Zoya Farooqui !""

An exquisite chapter, apart from the intensity, the element of humor was engaging.
