Sorry..m back with a few points that were so fine, they were anything but obvious.
First, Rehaan stops himself from touching her the first time round, cause he realizes that would be wrong.
When Aahil enters, Sanam is normal, inquisitive and not at all guilty. She was just interacting with a friend, and so her conscience being clean, she is totally fine. Rehaan on the other hand, looks totally guilt ridden, caught in the act. He knows he should not be doing what he was cause Aahil knew about his feelings for Sanam. He actually steps back in embarrassment at being caught by his Bhai.
Aahil's first reaction is extreme hurt, in fact for a subtle moment, his eyes tear up, finding his love and his brother in such a situation. His next reaction is the tightening of his jaw in fury...he actually forgot in his pain that his friends were there, so lost he was in his private hell.
He deliberates gets physical with Sanam, more so for Rehaan than for Sanam, to just get a message across that he needs to back off and behave. Rehaan's utter discomfort points to his obsession with Sanam, while Sanam's discomfort is totally different.
He hated the way Sanam and Rehaan were working quietly together. Even their comfort in working side by side in unbearable to him now. Aahil has held on to his temper and patience till now, but finding Rehaan touching his wife in such a way, has finally brought his patience to an end. Aahil knows the difference between wrong and right. And clearly what Rehaan did today was not right, thus finally invoking Aahil's ire.
Aahil has a very strange way with the truth. In public he clearly takes advantage and says what is bubbling in his heart, obsessing his mind. His suppressed feelings finally find relief and he says exactly what he wants to say. If only Sanam realizes how he uses such situations to get rid of the turmoil on his insides. Aahil becomes what he wishfully always wants to be..a caring, loving hubby. His words might sound fake to Sanam, but in reality he utters the truth that is killing him every moment of his life. He indeed thinks she is a wonderful chef...and Aahil miyaan loves his wife's big eyes 😆
When Sanam tries to leave as the dancing commences, Aahil immediately stops her. He just couldn't miss this chance of dancing with his wife now, could he?? And when he was caressing her hand while talking, he was actually sending shivers down Sanam's spine. Err..did you see how all that stroking was affecting the chhoti begum saheba 😳, and Aahil knows how his physical proximity affects her. Trust me the guy is so going to use this chink in Sanam's armor to his advantage.😆
And he did not even realize what was touching him, he is so lost in Sanam. It actually took him a few moments to realize that another woman was touching his shoulder...just imagine how much focused he was on his wife. And Sanam, our innocent darling...is starting to get jealous...yay!!😆
