When Dilshab will wake up from her trauma, she will think that Aahil is Tanveer's son, and she will say the truth to Sanam.

So when Sanam will start devlopping some feeling for Aahil, she will hate him because of tanveer

What do you think guys? Do you think it could happen this way?

doesnt she already know tht aahil is not biological son tanveer .. kala kalu mentioned tht ahil was 8 or something when tanveer came to this house .. or did tht conv happen with someone else 😕
