Can someone explain to me why ahil all of a sudden loves sanam? To me it seems rushed and out of nowhere. Also why is everyone so sure that they are gonna get married? ( I haven't watched much of QH season 2 but I've read the updates and couldn't understand why he loves her, they've barely spoken.)
