Here is the next update. I am extremely sorry for being late. And a hearty thanks to all who spend time to read my story and who leave your comments. And also a thanks to silent readers also. Please break your silence. It is high time you guys break your silence.Please forgive me if update is not upto your expectation.

Chapter 26

Just as Zoya went out, Asad was in his thoughts: " Is she really that angry?"

Asad went out and he saw Zoya sitting with Dadi and they were busy in a conversation. Asad observed that Zoya was still avoiding him. He understood that Zoya was really upset. He needs to do something. But he decided that firstly he will go to Ayaan and help him.

It was time for Ayaan to leave. Just before Ayaan was about to leave, Razia and Humeira also came along with Siddique. Humeira insisted to go along with Ayaan to drop him at airport. Rashid, Siddique and Humeira went to airpot along with Ayaan. Even Asad wanted to go, but then Rashid didn't allow him to go along.

Sometime after Ayaan had left, Dilshad asked Asad and Zoya to have their breakfast. Asad thought it was the best time that somehow he will pacify Zoya. Dilshad made Zoya sit in the chair near to that of Asad.They were joined by Dilshad, Dadi and Razia. They were discussing about some gossips of guests who came to wedding.

Asad caught Zoya's hand from under table so that she can't eat. She understood that Asad was trying to pacify her. She was not very angry. It is true that she was embarrassed but she was definitely not upset with Asad. She was just pretending to be upset.

She understood that Asad will not leave her hand unless she gives him attention. Just then Dilshad noticed that Zoya was not having any food.

Dil: " Beta why you are not eating? You also want cornflakes like Asad."

Zo: " No ammi, I don't want that because I hate milk. I just can't stand the smell of milk. I usually have bread toast or sandwich."

Dil: "Beta, then I will get toast for you."

Zo: " No ammi. Its fine. I will have paratha today. Once in a while heavy breakfast is ok."

Dil: " It is really strange. You don't like milk? Asad loves milk, be it at anytime he drinks milk. But now a days, coffee has started replacing milk. But still he wants milk in morning. And the worst part Zoya beta, he doesn't like bread, be it bread jam, bread butter, sandwich, toast or anything."

Dadi : " Beta now have food."

Seeing Zoya still not having food, dadi: " Is there any problem, beta?"

Asad was happy because now Zoya will have to talk to him atleast to tell him to leave her hand.

Zo: " Dadi, you know something. I have never experienced the love of a grand mother because both my dadi and nani passed away when I was very young and I don't remember much about them. So I was very happy that atleast now I get to experience that . But you are leaving tomorrow. That is really not fair dadi."

Dadi: " Beta I have to go. I can't stay away from my home for long. If both of you had more leave I would have taken both of you along with me. But that is also not possible. You can come there whenever you get time."

Zo: " Then dadi, I have a small request."

Dadi: " Sure beta, Tell me what do you want."

Zo: " Dadi, please feed me with me with your hands just like you used to feed Asad when he was young. I really wanted that since you told me those stories in the morning."

Dadi: " Why not beta? Sure."

Dadi started feeding Zoya with her hands. And Asad's plan failed so badly. He thought she would ask him to leave her hand and thus he would get her attention and that he would say sorry.

After breakfast, Asad went to his room. He started thinking as how to pacify Zoya. He understood very well that none of his plans are going to work because Zoya is smart enough that she would counter play all his plans.

Zoya did not come back to their room.

She along with others exept Asad were opening the gifts they received along with old stories and all.

Dilshad asked Zoya to take rest if she wanted to which she didn't agree.But she wanted to do a check on Asad. As she was about to go to her room, then Humeira, Rashid and Siddique came back. Seeing Humeira upset, she sat along with her and involved her in the process of opening the gifts. After sometime, Rashid asked about Asad. Then Zoya volunteered herself to call Asad. She wanted to see him so badly. She went to their room to find Asad sleeping peacefully. She caressed his head and pecked his forehead and said: " Sorry for troubling you."

Then she went outside and informed everyone that Asad is sleeping. Again they continued their chitchat. After half an hour, Siddiques left and they informed that they will meet at Zoya's house for lunch as Anwar had invited them also.Just as they left, Rashid asked Dilshad and Dadi to get ready so that Dadi can get her blood tests done before leaving for Bhopal next day.He told them that after the tests, they will directly reach Zoya's house as there was still time for lunch.

Just then Ayaan called Dilshad to inform her that may be the flight will be delayed from half an hour. Dilshad was angry at Rashid as they did not wait till Ayaan flight took off. Rashid convinced her that it was of no use of them waiting there as they cannot be with Ayaan.

Dilshad, Rashid and Dadi left informing Zoya to reach her house on time and they were taking all the gifts along with them. Zoya locked the door and as she was about to go to her room, she remembered that she left her mobile on the dining table. She saw Asad's message in her mobile.

It said: " Jaan, I am really sorry. Really very sorry. I wanted to apologise to you but you are not giving me a chance. I am really sorry but let me make it clear jaan, I am sorry because i did hurt you and not because of what happened in the morning. I am not ashamed to tell anyone that I love my wife. If possible I will yell at the top of my voice that I am madly in love with my wife and I will never be ashamed of it. But still I will try not to embarrass you in front of others deliberately. Please forgive me jaan."

Zoya went to her room, and sat in the bed near to him and caressed his hair. She wanted to wake him, but she didn't want to disturb his sleep. She kissed his cheeks and as she was about to get up, she felt a tug in her hand.

She saw Asad had caught her hand.

As: " Jaan, not fair, loving me when I am sleeping and ignoring me when I am awake."

Asad sat up and said: " I am sorry jaan. Please..."

Zoya interrupted: " Asad I was not angry. I was just pulling your leg and you took it seriously. Do you really think that I will be angry for with you. It is true that it was really embarrassing, but I was not angry with you. Whatever happens, I can never be angry with you.You are my life Asad. I know sometimes I may not be able to express as you do, but it definitely doesn't mean that my love for you is ..."

Before Zoya could complete, Asad pulled her into a bone crushing hug. And then he kissed her so passionately and finally it led to an intense love making session. Zoya was really exhausted after their love making.

Just then, Asad heard the land phone ringing.

As: " Why no one is attending the phone?"

Zo: " I am sorry Asad. I forgot to tell you. No one is there at home."

He suddenly grabbed his pants and ran to answer the phone.

It was Dilshad on the other side. She was asking Asad why they haven't reached yet. It was already 1:30 and still they haven't reached . More over both their mobiles were switched off. Asad replied that they will be there soon. Actually Asad had switched off their mobile phones as Zoya's mobile rang in between their love making, and he switched off both their mobiles as he didn't want any more disturbances.

When he came back, he saw Zoya lying down with her eyes closed. He understood that she was very tired. Asad atleast slept for almost 3 hours when Zoya was busy with the family.

He sat beside her and said: " Jaan, wake up. You know what is the time now? It is half past one. Everybody is waiting for us for lunch."

Zoya got up :" Ya Allah, it is too late Asad. I don't know what they all will be thinking."

As: " Jaan let me tell you something. Please stop worrying about what others will be thinking. They all know we are newly married and we need time with each other. No one will mind. And there is nothing to be embarrassed of. And I know I have exhausted you so much. I know you are tired. But we need to go."

Both got ready in no time and left for Zoya's house. Since there was heavy traffic, it was almost 2:30 when they reached Zoya's house.

Everyone were present there. Siddiques, Khans and Farooquis and also Nikhat and Najma too. Asad and Zoya were really very late.

Just as they came, Zeenat asked them to start with lunch as it has been already very late. No body asked them the reason for being late.

After lunch, Asad went to Dilshad.

As: " Ammi, I am really sorry that we were late. Actually it was my mistake. Woh.."

Dil: " Its ok beta. It happens. I think both of you need some time alone. Why don't you plan for a small vacation together. You both need time alone, Asad."

As: " Ammi, I am also thinking about the same. "

Just then Haider called Asad, and he left.

Zoya went to kitchen where Zeenat was busy taking the dessert to be served. Zoya went and hugged her from behind.

Zo: " Ammi, I will do it."

Ze:" No beta its ok. I will do it. Tell me how are you? Everything is fine? "

Zo: "Ammi, relax . Take a breath. I am fine.Everything is fine. And I am very happy."

Ze: " Beta but you are looking so tired."

Zoya blushed at her question and then replied: " Ammi. I am ok. Still it is true that since last two days, it has been quite tiring."

Ze: " Beta is everything fine between you and Asad?"

Zo: " Of course ammi. And you know Asad, he loves me so much."

Ze: " Beta you are not understanding what I am trying to ask. I mean .."

Zoya understood what Zeenat was worried about and she understood her ammi's hesitation in asking.

Zoya held Zeenat's hand and said: " Ammi, don't worry everything is fine. Everything.."

Zeenat was relaxed. She served dessert to everyone.

Najma, Nikhat and Humeira wanted to spent some time with Zoya alone. They somehow managed to take Zoya to her room.

Zoya was relishing her dessert so were others.

Naj: " Zoya how are you?"

Zo: " I am fine. "

Nik: " Fine or super fine."

Zo: " Means?"

Hu:" Oh Zoya bhabhi, tell us how was your first night? We are really excited to know that."

Zoya blushed at the question and said: " What you guys are upto? I have to go. I need to get some things from ammi."

As Zoya was about to get up from her bed, Nikhat pulled her back

Ni: " Not fair Zoya. One day of marriage and no time for friends. You are avoiding us. Not done."

Zo: " Nikhat it is not that I am avoiding you. I really need to go."

Hu: " You can leave as soon as you answer our question."

Zo: " What do you want to know?"

Hu: " How was your night yesterday? "

Zo: "Good."

Naj:" Just good."

Zo: " Very good."

Hu: " Ya Allah bhabhi is in objective mode of answering. Please switch to descriptive mode."

Zo: " Descriptive mode? "

Hu: " About what happened exactly?"

Zo: " Ya Allah, you all have become so shameless."

Naj: " So shameless things happened."

Zoya blushed to the core. She got up from the bed. The girls were giggling seeing Zoya blushing.

Zoya was about to leave the room, then suddenly Asad's words came into her mind that there was nothing to be embarrassed of.

She stopped and turned back and said: " It was the most beautiful night of my life when me and my husband made love and becameone.. But I am really sorry that I can't share the details with you guys because they are really very personal and special.Hope you all don't mind."

She left the room leaving the other three in a shock.

They left Zoya's house by around 4 pm and reached KV by around 4: 30 pm. Zoya was dead tired. As soon as they reached, Dilshad asked Zoya to take rest as she looked really tired. Zoya went to her room.

Asad came inside after parking the car. He saw Dilshad, Rashid and Dadi sitting in the living room. Asad went and lay down on the couch in which Dadi was sitting resting his head on dadi's lap. Dadi started caressing his head.

As: " Ammi please don't strain yourself in making dinner. We will either eat outside or I will get it. You also need some rest ammi."

Dil: " I will take rest. Please make sure that Zoya gets proper rest. She looks so tired."

As: " Yes ammi, I will make sure she is fine. But where is she?"

Dil: " In the room. I had asked her to go and take rest..You also go and take rest."

Dilshad and Rashid also went to their room.

As: " Dadi, please stay for some more days na. Why are you going so soon.?"

Dadi: " Beta you know me. I can't . But don't worry I will come and stay with you for more days when little Asad comes. Now I am waiting for the day when I will take your child in my arms. I never had hope that you would have such a lovely life. But thanks to Allah, that he had sent Zoya into your life. And you don't know beta, how happy I am seeing you happy. Now I have only one dream left, that is to see your child before ..."

Asad got up and interrupted Dadi. He said: " Dadi no. Please don't say such things. Nothing is going to happen to you. You will be there for Ayaan's children's marriage also . And trust me dadi we will have a blast then."

Dadi smiled and said: " Jokes apart beta. But I really want to see your kid soon."

As: " Dadi, I know you love me so much and you want to see me settled. Since I am married now , you want to see my child. But what about Zoya dadi? What about her dreams? She was never ready for a marriage so soon. But still she decided to marry me so soon because she loves me so much. Dadi it is true that I am mature enough to think about a kid. But Zoya, she is just out of college. She needs some time to get settled. And above all she is highly talented and a successful career is her dream.And I don't want her to compromise any of her dreams, dadi. Do you think I am wrong?"

Dadi: " Of course not beta. It is upto you both to decide. Any way now you go and take rest."

Asad accompanied dadi to her room and then he came back to his room. He saw Zoya sleeping in the bed. She was so tired that she didn't even change her dress. Asad changed into casuals and then got into the bed. He cuddled to Zoya and then soon he drifted into sleep.

It was almost 9:00 pm when Asad woke up. He found that Zoya was missing. He walked into the living room to find Zoya sitting in the living room with dadi and Dilshad. He went and sat near Zoya.

Dil: " Slept well, beta? I think we should have dinner now. I will call Rashid also."

Dilshad came with Rashid. Dadi and Asad were seated. Zoya was bringing food to the dining table. Once it was done, Zoya was about to serve. Just then Dilshad said: " beta you also sit down. We all will serve ourselves. Come on sit down ."

Zoya also sat down. Asad was surprised to see a wide variety of food items and that too for dinner.

As: " Ammi, you made all these? Didn't I tell you not to strain yourself. We could have had dinner outside."

Dil: " I didn't prepare all these. Zoya made all these. Even I didn't know. I was too tired that I woke up just half an hour back. And when I came, everything was ready."

As: " Zoya?" Dilshad nodded her head.

Everyone started having the dinner and the food was so very yummy that everyone praised her cooking skills.

Asad whispered to Zoya: " Jaan, I didn't know you could cook and that too so well., quite surprised."

Zo: " You never know Mr.Husband. I am a surprise package."

Zoya winked at Asad which made him smile.

After dinner, everybody was relishing the pudding made by Zoya. Suddenly it started raining heavily.

Dadi: "I think the monsoon has started.It has been too hot today."

Dil: "Yes ammi. It has been a very hot day. And apart from a few drizzle, we never got heavy rains yet this year."

Ra: " Ammi your flight is at 11:00 am tomorrow. Are you sure that you need to go tomorrow? Stay for some more days. "

Dadi: " No beta. I have to go. "

Ra: " Me and Dilshad would have come with you but I have surgeries scheduled for tomorrow and day after tomorrow."

As: " Dadi, me and Zoya are on leave for four more days. We will come with you. Zoya can see our house also. What do you say, Zoya? "

Zo: " Of course Asad. That sounds good. We will also go with dadi."

Dadi: " Definitely not. Beta this is the time which you both need to spend time with each other. So now you both be with each other and then come to Bhopal when you get leave next time. "

Ra: " Asad, have you made any plans? Are you going somewhere for a small vacation. Dilshad was mentioning about that,."

As: " Abbu I was thinking to go to our farm house in Lonavla. "

Ra: " Ok then Asad, I will inform the house keeper to get the house cleaned and get necessary supplies. You will be back on Sunday, right?"

As: " Yea abbu. We will be back by Sunday afternoon."

Dil: " Zoya, then go and pack your things. You both leave tomorrow morning itself then. And Asad, no office work please."

They all left to their respective rooms.Zoya was packing her bag, just then Asad hugged her from behind.

As: "Jaan just keep two pair of dresses, that's enough. Anyway dresses won't be of much use. So why should we carry them unnecessarily?"

Zoya was blushing at his comment.

As soon as Zoya finished packing both their bags, she saw Asad standing by the glass door to the garden. The door was closed and Asad was leaning to it and was looking outside.

Zoya came near him and asked: " Asad, what are you looking at?"

As: "Rain. This rain reminds me of the beautiful moments we had spent in Bangalore."

Zo: " Then come with me. We will make more beautiful memories that we can cherish all through our life. Come on."

Zoya opened the door and stepped into the rain. She extended her hand to Asad. He was a bit hesitant to step into the rain. But seeing Zoya enjoying the rain so happily, he joined her. Zoya was lost in rain and was enjoying it but Asad was totally lost in Zoya. The rain added to her beauty.

He encircled his arms by her waist and made her more closer to him and kissed her passionately. They broke their kiss in a while.

As: " Jaan, come lets go inside. I am scared whether you will fall ill."

Zo: "No Asad. I won't fall ill. But still we will go inside as I am feeling cold."

As they both were about to enter into the room, Zoya reminded Asad that since both were wet, the room may also get wet and dirty.

As: " Don't worry jaan. I will clean it. Come in now. Go and change soon."

Zoya went to the washroom, had a quick bath and when she came outside, she saw Asad in a towel and he had cleaned the mess they had created.

Asad then went to thewashroom. He also had a quick bath and joined Zoya who was already in bed.

Asad switched off the lights and cuddled to Zoya.

As: " Jaan, good night and sleep well. It is not that I don't want to love you tonight but I don't want to exhaust you. You need sleep. Instead of sleeping, you were busy cooking earlier. Sometimes you behave so carelessly. Anyway the food was really yummy. If you are going to give me such food daily, I am sure we will have to change our door soon."

Both soon drifted to sleep.

The next morning Asad and Zoya left to their farm house. It almost took 3 hours to reach because of the rain and traffic. Once they reached the farmhouse, they were welcomed by the house keeper. After making sure that all the arrangements are fine, the house keeper left.

Asad and Zoya had already taken lunch on their way to the farmhouse. After some time, they changed their dress into casuals.

As: " Zoya, you want to go out?"

Zo: " No Asad. I just want to spend time with you. And Lonavla is a place where I have been to many times. So I am not interested in sight seeing."

As: " Ok that is a good decision. .It is raining so heavily outside."

Zo: " hmm. And its very cold also. "

As: "Awesome weather. And indeed it is very cold."

Zo: " What about a coffee. It will be good. I shall get it."

Zoya was about to leave for kitchen, then suddenly Asad dragged her back and she fell on top of Asad who was sitting on the couch. He made her sit properly on his lap, hugged her from behind and said: " Jaan, there are more interesting things than coffee that keeps you warm. And I am in a mood for that and not coffee."

Zoya looked into Asad's eyes. She could see the naughtiness in his eyes. A blush adorned her face.

As: "Jaan, you look more beautiful when you blush."

Asad kissed her on her neck. But then Zoya tried to get up from his lap but failed to do because Asad's grip was too strong for her.

Zo: " Asad please, not here. Atleast we will go to the room."Zoya was conscious that they were in the living room and bedroom.

Asad made her sit on the couch near to him and said: " Jaan, please there are no conditions attached to love. There isn't any rule that we should make love only in the bed room. And please do think too much. Take it the way it comes. Let go you brain and listen to your heart. What you need to think is only about me, you and our togetherness. If you are being distracted by other things, jaan you are never going to enjoy it."

Asad got up from the couch and he was going towards kitchen.

Zoya caught hold of his hand: " Asad?"

As: " I will get coffee Jaan."

Zo: " No..I am sorry. I spoiled your mood."

As: "Jaan there is no need of sorry. It's ok.And I am fine. Let me go. I will get coffee."

Zoya nodded her head in a no: "Now I am not in a mood to drink coffee. I have other plans."

She pulled his hand with all her strength and he fell on top of Zoya...And the rest upto your imagination guys...

The days went off so quickly where Asad hardly let Zoya out of their bed. But they had a wonderful time. Other than intense love making sessions, they also tried to understand each other more by knowing their likes and dislikes, their childhood, college days, friends, family and all.

It was Saturday and it was almost 12:30 pm in the afternoon, when Asad came with two cups of coffee. Zoya was still in bed.

He gently woke her up. He opened her eyes to see Asad in front of her.

As: " Wake up jaan, coffee?"

Zo: " Hmmm."

As: " Jaan. It is 12:30 now. Now get up and have coffee."

Zo: " I don't want coffee."

As: " You want tea? I will get it then."

Zo: " Aashu please I need sleep. Please let me sleep for some more time.I am really tired."

Asad remembered how he dragged Zoya to bed in the morning when she came to wake him up with bed coffee. And he understood that because of the continuous love making, Zoya was really exhausted and tired. He always decides that he would not disturb her much but he cannot help himself to stay away from her when she is around. And he has noticed that Zoya, how ever tired she is, she never says no to him.It is the first time that she is asking , infact pleading him to let her sleep for some more time. She had started calling him Aashu at times which he really loved to hear from her. He mentally slapped him for Zoya's condition.

Asad caressed her head.

As: " Ok then you sleep for some more time. I am going to get our lunch. Actually I had called them, but they told home delivery is not possible for lunch. So I was planning to take you out. "

Zo: " Ok.. And please get something heavy. I am starving. And Aashuu, please lock the front door while going."

As: " Ok. Sleep well."

It was almost 2 when Asad came back, because the restaurant was crowded and moreover because of the rain, it was difficult to drive.

Asad went to their room after keeping the food packets on the dining table. He saw Zoya sitting in the chair clutching her knees and head down.She didn't even realise that Asad was already in the room.

He went and sat in the chair opposite to that in which Zoya was sitting.

As: " Jaan"

Zoya looked up to see Asad.

He sensed something was wrong as he could see Zoya sweating irrespective of such a cold weather.

As: " Jaan is everything ok. You don't look ok. See you are sweating"

Asad just touched her face, and he felt her body was cold. He caught her arm and he was shocked to see her body was ice cold. Asad got a glimpse of how Zoya fell ill earlier and was hospitalised. He started panicking.

As: " Jaan, your body is very cold. What is wrong. Tell me. Speak up."

Zo: " Asad please stop panicking. I am fine."

As: " But then what is all this? "

Zo: "Its normal Asad. Girls are usually used to all these. So don't worry. I will be fine soon."

Suddenly realisation dawned on Asad.

As: " Ok . But how? I mean when?? It was fine in the morning."

Zo: " Asad, what kind of question is this? I mean .."

As: " Sorry. Come lets have food. You were hungry, no?"

Zo: " Hmm."

Both started having their lunch but Asad noticed that Zoya was not having food properly.

As: " What happened Zoya? You are not having anything. Isn't it good?"

Zo: " No food is good but I am not feeling like having food."

As: "No excuses Zoya, have proper food or else you will feel more weakness."

After lunch, Asad got a call from Ayaan. After finishing the call, Asad went to the room. He saw Zoya lying on the bed. He went near her and sat by her side.

As: " Jaan are you sure you will be fine. See I have never been exposed to such situations in my life. So really don't know what to do to make you feel better."

Zo: " Please Asad, don't worry. I am used to it. There will be pain for some hours and gradually it will get better."

As: "Pain?? Is it too much.? Do you need medicines?"

Zo: " No Asad. I don't take medicines because Ammi never let me do so . I only use hot water bag to get relief from pain. But. It is really fine. Aashu please don't over react. It is all normal. Give me some time. I will be fine. Come here and lie down here with me. And I am sorry"

As: " Sorry for what??"

Zo: "For spoiling your day."

As: " Jaan don't be .You are still here with me. Nothing else matters, Zoya. I love being with you irrespective of what we do. And it is not always getting intimate, that makes my day. Nothing is more important than you my jaan..nothing." Asad kissed her forehead.

Asad lay down near Zoya with his hands resting on Zoya's waist. Asad could see Zoya was really restless.

He excused himself to close the front door as he forgot to do it earlier. As he walking back to room, he was thinking about Zoya.

After some time, Asad came back with a bottle with hot water.

He placed the bottle over her abdomen and rolled the bottle.

As: " Better?"

Zo: "Its good Asad. But how did you get this idea?"

As: " I have seen Muttu doing his. You remember muttu, right? I have seen his wife doing it for him when he injured his leg."

Zoya was really feeling better and she was really moved by Asad's caring for her.

Zo: " You know Aashu, you are such a sweet heart. And I love you so much. "

As: " Love you too jaan."

Zoya was feeling better in the evening. So they went out for dinner and had a lovely time together.

They left for Mumbai the next day after their lunch. They reached by around 4 pm in the evening. Once they were selltled down, Asad made a plan that they would go to Zoya's house.

But before they could leave, Zeenat and Anwar came to KV to meet them.Haider didn't come as he was out of station.

They had a wonderful evening with their families.

It was almost 10 pm at night.

Zoya changed into her night dress and was standing near the window lost in her thoughts.

" Everything has been fine since the last week. But from tomorrow, everything is going to change again...Home, office, Asad,...I have to balance responsibilities in both office and home. None should suffer. Ya Allah please give me strength that I can manage all my duties and responsibilities very well without fail."

Suddenly Zoya felt Asad's hands over her body. He hugged her from behind. He said:

" Jaan, I am sure you will be able to manage everything. And don't forget I am with you always."

Zoya was surprised as to how Asad was able to read her mind.
