Sameera had given the essential details of zoya to asad. After Sameera left to college asad was going through the case. He had collected all the news articles from day 1 of this case from all news papers & made it into a new file. He also collected several news clippings of the case from different news channel's websites. It was his way of studying a case. He will collect all the details from every where. He knows may be a point to win a case can be obtained from any were.

From these news asad couldn't get any clue what could have been the reason for zoya's silence. He can see that the case is complicated & if he had to win zoya should corporate with him completely. Before meeting her he should enquire about her in her college & also he should ask everyone's opinion about zoya. He has promised Sameera that he will find out the truth. In any means he should keep that word.

Asad was too immersed in his work he didn't notice the person who came to his room. It was dilshad who came there. Asad didn't even realised her presence. Dilshad was surprised to see a beautiful girl's photo on asad's table.

Dilshad was trying to convince asad to get married since last year when asad was settled with his profession. But asad wanted to concentrate in his career. Now seeing this girl's photo in asad's table dilshad could see a ray of hope.

Dilshad: who is this beautiful girl.

Asad just casually said: it's sameera's sister in law.

Dilshad: acha that's why she came here today. I think she was scared to say about her SIL to you.

Asad: why she should get scared of me ammi?

Dilshad: every one know you are not agreeing for nikkah. But let me say I really liked her. I will talk with them & fix it.

Asad: ammi she is my client. Sameera came to say a case in which his SIL was involved.

Dilshad was shocked.

Dilshad: asad I kept rice in the cooker & came let me see.

Dilshad left from there. Asad smiled seeing at her antics.

During dinner time

Dilshad, rashid & asad had gathered for dinner. It was a usual custom. Every one have break fast & dinner together. During that they discuss about there day.

Asad: ammi abbu tomorrow I will be going to Mumbai. Will come only day after tomorrow.

Rashid: Mumbai? Is it related to any case?

Asad: ji abbu.

Asad explained everything in detail. No doubt dilshad & rashid was shocked.

Dilshad: asad you should try your level best to bring out truth. Even I feel that poor girl is trying to hide something. I think she needs help.

Rashid: ha beta I am sure you will be able to find out truth.

Next day

Asad left to Mumbai in the morning flight. He had given the responsibilities to his juniors. He wanted to know more about zoya & others opinion about her.

After reaching Mumbai he went directly to IIT in a cab. He had got an appointment with the dean last day itself.

Asad explained his purpose of visit in detail.

Even the dean was shocked when they heard about zoya being the culprit of gaffour's murder. Zoya was extra ordinarily brilliant student. As there is only few girls in electrical engineering & zoya was the topper in her batch. She was the merit candidate in all India entrance & she had the highest record marks in entrance. Her seminars & her projects was seen first in national level. She was also a star in sports & arts.

Asad even interrogated with zoya's professors. Every one has the same opinion of dean. Asad even met zoya's friends. Sameera has given the names & phone numbers of zoya's close friends.

By the end of the day asad came to know that as her face she is really innocent & straightforward. But what would have happened that night?

Asad couldn't get any answer. As his flight was next day morning he had to stay back in a hotel. He also called dilshad & rashid & informed about his visit.

Next day

Asad came back in the morning. He went to his office first. He sorted out the issues there. After that he went to court to get a petition for appearing as zoya's lawyer. He had to get it signed from zoya. He know that's the most toughest part.

As asad is a big lawyer he managed to get a meeting with zoya in that evening itself. He also made arrangements to meet her personally.

Unknown to himself he was feeling tensed. Asad couldn't make out the reason. Only one thing he knew he is anxious to meet zoya. But why? Is it because of what all he came to know about zoya in these two days? Does he has an admiration towards zoya after what all he heard about her from her college? May be!

His thoughts was broken by the sound of her foot steps. Asad turned towards. Even tough asad had seen zoya's photograph he felt zoya is even more gorgeous in reality. Even her sadness & the jail costume couldn't hide her beauty. She has some special aura around her which could attract any one.

Asad: miss.zoya I am advocate asad Ahmed khan. I am here to give the this petition. You have to sign it. So that I can present it to court & be your lawyer.

Zoya looked at him astonished. After few seconds she broke her silence.

Zoya: thank your mr.khan. But it don't think you should appear for this case. I am the culprit. I have done that murder. I am ready to accept any punishment by law. So please don't waste your precious time. Once again thank you so much. Allah hafiz!

Asad was shocked. No one had the audacity to speak to him like this. There are thousands of people who are wanting AAK as there lawyer. He has never went & met a client. He had adjusted for his childhood friend. But this girl is showing her attitude.

Asad: ms.zoya siddiqi or should I call you zoya farooqui?

Zoya was stunned & she looked at him.

Asad: there are thousands of people who are wanting AAK as there lawyer & waiting for a single meeting with me. I have never went & met my client in my 3 yrs of career. I had compromised for my friend Sameera. Every one including your adoptive mother & brother wanted you to rotten & die in jail. But Sameera only Sameera is having that suspicion that you are hiding some thing. There is some thing behind all this which you are not answering to any one. Whom you are trying to protect? You said that you killed mr.siddiqi & you are ready to accept any punishment. Ok let it be according to your wish. But I have promised Sameera that I will bring out the truth that you are hiding. I will never break my promises even if I have to die. So I will leave from here only after you say what exactly happened that night?

Zoya was astonished. She closed her eyes & took a heavy breath. She exhaled.

Zoya: mr. Khan I will reveal truth only in one condition.
