Either ways... I think there is more to this than meets the eye! I would like to think he did it out of the goodness of his heart, but that may be too much to expect that this point. A similar scene happened in IPKKND when ASR pays for Khushi's dad's hospital stay. But at that point they had known each other for sometime. Even though their relationship was still somewhat strained. Aahil and Sanam's relationship is still so new, and he wants to teach her a lesson for insulting his sainted "Ammi"!! So who knows??

But that precap suddenly made things VERY interesting indeed!!
