Part 2

This year of my life, was the most interesting!! Me, Sara & Jiya ( another classmate )became very close friends. Tanveer became close with Chand ( another classmate ). Najma became close with Afreen ( another classmate ). Once, Tanu & Chand had a fight, so Tanu came back to me.
That year me and humaira started studying together. Either she would come to my home or I would go to her home. While studying, we both would chat non-stop or we would fight like cavemen!
Once while fighting, I scratched her so badly near her eye that blood started coming but it was her fault too cause she threw a scissor at my cheek. Oww! That hurt!!
She had very sensitive skin , so even if I just hit her it would become totally pink or red!! Ugh!
That year our school brought in many competitions. There were many Olympiads. Me, Humaira & Tanveer participated in the maths Olympiad.
I came first
Humi came second
Tanu didn't come in the top 3 , well actually not even in the top 10! She would always mug up stuff and wouldn't understand them and maths is not about mugging up!
But as usual she lied to us saying that she stood 4th and missed coming in the top 3 just by 1 mark!! Jhooti!!
That year I saw a total new side of Tanu. I found out that she was a really self- centered person, overacting nut and list goes on and on...
From 2nd std me, Nuzhat and Nafisa ( another classmate ) would come to school together and would go back home together.
Me and humaira had lot of sleepovers. Mostly humaira would come over. Sometimes we used to sleep over during school and we would go to school together. We would stay up at night and talk or play to take funny photos or record videos. We used to have lot of fun!!
We would never miss a chance to go to each other's house. Our parents to became the best of friends. My mom and Haseena aunty had lot of problems with each other like me & tanveer. Actually, I began to dislike tanveer.
One day my dad told me that we ( that is me , Nuzhat , my mom & my dad ) are going to a resort calls Green Meadows along with Humaira and her family ( Humaira , Aamirah , Razia aunty , Gaffur uncle ) and Najma and her family ( Najma , Dilshad aunty and Rashid uncle ).
We all went in one car - Scorpio. Me, Humi , Najma and Aamirah were at the back. Nuzhat was sitting at the front with the parents. We reached after an hour. We got a cottage for ourselves. Me and Humi the ground floor and Najma the first floor. We would go to swimming together , play in the water etc. At night , we 5 would have pillow fights just like Me, Humi and nikkat had when we went to Temple Bay when we were in the 2nd std.
My cousins Haider and Zeenat also became very close with Humi. Haider was exactly 23 days younger to me. Zeenat was 3 yrs. elder to me. Eventophough me and haider had 23 days difference he would always be a standard lower than me cause he did Pre-KG twice.
Once with me & Sara. Allah miya!!! I still remember how Sara and Haider used to fight to be with me!! I too became very close with Humi's family.
Once Wordsworth conducted a spelling bee competition in our school.
School level - Tanu - 1st
Two other girls - 2nd
Me - 3rd
City level. - none of us came in the top
State level. - we had to go to Madurai . I stayed in a hotel while Swathi stayed with her mom's cousins. Still we used to meet. We went to the Meenakshi Temple together.
I prayed that if I deserve to win a place in the top 10 only then I should win. But Humi should definitely win a place in the top 10. Dunno, what Humi prayed!! En the competition took place. Well I didn't come in the top 10 but Humi did. And I was really very very happy for her. But after we went out of the place where the competition was conducted Humi started crying. I asked her why was she crying. And she said that she was feeling bad that she was in the top 10 but I was not! I just felt like hugging her really tight and that's what I did.
National level. - Humi stood 14th
I stood 17th.
International level - I didn't feel like participating. So I didn't. Because I didn't participate Humi didnt participate too. Aww... I just love her!!
Tanveer lied that she came 2nd internationally. But she came 9th or something.
Yes u heard me right it's tanveer no more Tanu . Me and Humi started hating her. We didn't know the reason, but we still hated her.
In the next two Maths Olympiad the same thing happened.
Me - first
Humi - second
But she would never feel bad cause I would always come first. We both were the toppers in our respective classes ( me anlong with tanveer ).
Now, the day which changed our lives forever...
Phew... Finally wrote it!! Next update will come in the weekend and that would be the last part! Pls do leave comments and likes cause it took a long time for me to type all this!!
