Zoya's P.O.V

"I love you." He whispered.

My heartbeat just stopped.

Okay, it didn't, but I couldn't really breathe properly.

His eyes had a hopeful glint in it. He is still looking at me in the eye, holding my waist tightly, as if I'll fall.

The truth is, I would if he let's go because "I Love You" these three words are so meaningful that even a dictionary couldn't explain it properly.

The last time somebody had ever said "I Love You" was a long time ago, and that was my mum. After that, I don't think anyone has ever said that to me. Even if they did, they didn't have this much emotion in them like Asad has. I could just see it in his eyes that he means it, I'm so happy. I can't even describe how I feel.

I decided to not let him wait any longer.

"I love you too" (You guys were wrong LOL! She said it. Yes! Good guesses though) I said, my voice just as soft as his. My smile never leaving once, I said it.

The smile on his lips formed into a very big grin. Asad picked me up and twirled me around laughing in happiness, just like how it happens in the cheesy movies. I never expected it to happen to me, but I guess it did.

It felt like I'm on cloud nine.

Yeah, I'm happy that much.

I was giggling continuously as he was twirling me around in circles. He finally stopped and I was back on my feet, a little dizzy. Not from the twirling, but from the happiness.

He looked me in the eyes again, with so much happiness and said

"You have no idea how happy I am, I thought you would say no, or you would say it was too fast or-"I cut him off with my lips on his as he was still giving his happy speech.

I took him by surprise but he soon recovered and kissed me back with those soft lips of his.

We pulled back after a few minutes.

"I'm the luckiest man alive." He said smirking.

I blushed.

He chuckled and took my hand in his as we made our way outside.

He opened the door of his car for me, just like a gentleman and we drove away.

"So, where do you want to go?" he asked.

I tore my gaze away from the scenery outside.

"Um... I don't know? Where do you want to go?" I asked, making the "you" a little longer than necessary.

He looked at me for a second than looked back at the road.

"That's what I asked you shorty." He said in a playful tone.

"Hey! You know I'm not THAT short." I said narrowing my eyes at him, my arms folded against my chest.

He looked at me again, and then smirked.

"Well, for me you are." He said, throwing a wink at me at the same time.

"Whatever." I mumbled.

He smirked again, knowing he'd won this fight.

A playful fight.

"I asked you where you want to go?" He said again.

"Well, it was your idea" I said.

His eyebrows rose as he looked at me.

"Touch" he said nodding.

After that we didn't really talk, silence filled between us. Not an awkward silence, but a peaceful and relaxing silence.

Half way through the journey, Asad held my hand and intertwined our fingers tightly.

I felt a smile come to my lips, well, I couldn't really hide it. He's just being so sweet.

It's been quite long since we've been driving and I'm super hungry!

"How much longer?" I asked pouting.

"Just a few more minutes" That's the answer I've been getting for the past 15 minutes.

"But you said that a few minutes ago!" I said, pouting even more now.

"I'm hungry!" I whined.

We came to a red light and as we stopped Asad looked at me smiling. Probably for the fact that he's never witnessed me doing such kind of stuff, or in short, acting like a child.

This time instead of a reply, I got a deep chuckle from my wonderful fianc.

Why is he chuckling?!

Ugh!

I'm hungry!

I narrowed my brows at him.

"What so funny?" I asked in annoyance, probably because I'm hungry and that is making me moody.

You should never test my patience.

He chuckled again.

"You're cute when you're mad." He said, holding both my hands now.

"I'm not mad!" I snapped.

Well, maybe a little...

"I'm guessing you love food?" He said.

I didn't answer, just stared at him in annoyance.

Isn't the light taking longer to turn green?

Yes, yes it is.

"How much longer?" I asked.

"I told you, just a few more minutes." He said, looking back at the road again as the light turned green. Finally!

"Again, you said that before, a lot of times" I said.

"Patience is virtue." He said, smirking.

"Well, not for me!" I said, as my stomach growled.

A few more minutes passed.

"Assaaaddd." I groaned.

"Ooohhh." He said, his eyebrows rose in amusement.

What does he mean by that?

I looked at him for a few seconds, and then it finally hit me.

That f**king pervert!

"Oi! Get your dirty mind out of the gutter!" I said, blushing a little.

Does he have to make a sexual remark every time?

The car came to a stop again.

f**king red lights.

"When ar-" I was cut by Asad's smooth lips on mine.

A few seconds later, I found myself kissing back.

He pulled away.

"Shhh..." He said.

His warm breath, hitting my lips.

I blushed like a mad tomato.

If that's his way of making me shut up, then I must say that it worked.

I would never shut up in my life then.

Few minutes later, the car finally stopped.

"We're here." Asad said, letting go out my hand.

Before he could get out of the car to open the door for me, I jumped out in excitement.

"FINALLY!" I said.

A little too loud.

I guess.

Seeing this, Asad laughed, his eyes filled with amusement.

His laugh was so cute!

Noticing what I've done and seeing the people around us looking at me weirdly, I blushed.

"Sorry." I said, it came out more like a whisper.

I was looking down to avoid any eye contact with the people who just witnessed me doing that.

I heard the car's door slam and felt two hands go around my waist a few seconds later.

I looked up to see Asad's gorgeous eyes.

"You're so cute." He chuckled.

He pulled me closer.

I put my hands on his chest, my shyness getting the best of me, seeing as we were outdoor and there were people near us, watching our every move.

"Aww, young love." I heard a women say, probably in her mid 40's.

I blushed, looking down.

Asad's shirt getting a lot more interesting.

"She's blushing, I'm guessing we should leave them alone." A man's voice said.

Probably her husband.

I blushed a thousand times more and hid my face in Asad's warm chest.

Asad's chest vibrated, yes, he was chuckling.

Damn my shyness.
