I am convinced he will turn out not to be Billi's kid...something that will be the deep dark mystery of QH2. Somehow I suspect a Farhan connection here. Remember he too is also lodged in jail as is Tanveer. Also Haseena who is another Gul favourite!
There was never any news about them quitting QH ..or was there? I think everyone just took it for granted they were out.
We forgot how much Gul loved the Haseena gang ...and Farhan and his Mom plus that wife of his have a gory history. I am almost sure Farhan is the one who is responsible for Aahil's traumatized chidlhood.If he has fathered AAhil with Tanveer ..in jail ...that makes Rehan /Aahil half brothers1

But for some reason it was more like he was very emotional and attached to Billi for the fact that he was saved because of her. There was no grey shades I could see. He was just being grateful to billi more than Aahil.
