Woah! It's like a carnival in here with all the beautiful posts and the sheer numbers of people who're posting them.. and also the music.. Heard Asmaani rang after such a long time. And what beautiful memories it brings of the person of the moment! Karan Singh Grover, I always felt during DMG times, was severely under rated. I didn't watch him in Qubool Hai coz that's not the kind of television I enjoy watching. But from all the awards that he has received and all the appreciation he gets in general for the show, I bet he was without a doubt really really good. In my opinion, an actor's merit is measured by two things.. the way he cries and the way he laughs. And I don't have to say it for people to see that there's no one on Indian television who can do those things as convincingly as Karan Singh Grover. His eyes talk and that's what makes him the best in his league. He can act by just standing in the frame and looking at the camera without moving a muscle. Well I can go on and on about him as an actor. But other than that, as a person he's all those things his coactors say about him. But as someone who doesn't know him personally, I think the best thing about him is his sense of humor. He's sharp and witty and doesn't shy away from laughing at himself if he has to. He's so good looking (drools 😛) but I wouldn't have been such a huge fan if it wasn't for his wit! Also love the fact that he does not pretend to be flawless. It makes him more real to an audience who'll probably never get to know him personally. I hope he continues to be the way he is, and as the title of this thread says, only gets better with age like good red wine. I hope he gets everything he wants from life and I really hope the next show he takes up is a completely different genre that changes the face of Indian television just a little. I say this because I've seen him express that a couple of times in interviews and I couldn't agree with him more. If he gets into the movies, I wish him best of luck. Whatever he does, I wish him success and happiness. With that long rambling essay, I'd finally like to wish him a Very very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I hope he has a great year and many many more to come.😃P.S. Everyone who's associated with putting up the thread deserves a pat on their backs. It's really beautiful..👍🏼P.P.S. I hope he makes babies.. at least a couple of them! Those genes are worth passing on man..😆😆
