Asad drove to city hospital like a maniac. He could only remember zoya lying lifeless in mangalpur.
Asad: ya Allah keep my zoya safe. I have only her in my life.
Once he reached he ran towards causality. But he was stopped as docter was examining zoya. Asad was really restless. As docter came out he ran towards her.
Asad: excuse me docter I am asad Ahmed khan. Zoya the girl who met with an accident is my wife. How is she docter?
Docter: mr.khan there is no need to worry. While she was driving she felt her vision blurred. So she stopped it & got down. But she fainted. Some good people called ambulance & brought her here.
Asad: ab woh Kaisi hai?
Docter: mr.khan there is no need to worry. I have done blood test. She is anaemic that's y she fainted. How long you guys have been married?
Asad: more than a month.
Docter: mr.khan there is a good news also. Your wife is pregnant. Congratulations!
Asad: kya? Zoya is pregnant? Docter can I meet her?
Docter: ya sure. She is not awake yet. But you can meet her.
Before he could go inside he saw dilshad running & coming towards him.
Dilshad: asad what happened to my zoya?
Asad: ammi how did you know?
Dilshad: asad zoya called me some time back that she is coming to meet me in lunch but even after sometime she didn't turn up so I called her. But some one lifted up & told me that zoya met with an accident & is admitted here.
What happened to my zoya? How is she?
Asad: ammi please relax on the way zoya had just fainted. Nothing happened to her luckily. She is not even injured. Doctors have examined her. Ammi zoya is pregnant.
Dilshad: kya? Yeh sacch hai asad?
Asad: ha ammi
Dilshad: you saw her?
Asad: no ammi she is still unconscious.
Dilshad: asad you only have to inform her.
Asad: ji ammi.
Asad went inside. He saw her sleeping. He caressed her face & kissed her forehead.
Asad: thank you zoya.
After some time zoya woke up. She was shocked to see herself in a hospital. Only then she remembered that on the way to sm her vision was blurred. So she stopped the vehicle after that everything is a blur. How she reached here?
Zoya: mr.khan what happened to me? How I reached here?
Asad came & sat near her.
Asad: zoya you fainted & you were brought to hospital by some good people.
Zoya: I am sorry mr.khan. You were really tensed?
Asad: ha I was but after reaching here you gave me the best gift in my life.
Zoya: ji?
Asad kept her hand in her tummi
Asad: this gift.
It took few seconds for her to realise. She is pregnant with asad's kid. That's y she fainted. She was feeling tiered for past few days. But she didn't cared. She thought it's because of stress. But now she realised it's because of pregnancy. She smiled at asad & hugged him. He too hugged her back. They broke there hug when dilshad came inside. She kissed on zoya's forehead & murmured: thank you beta.
Asad & zoya went & met docter. Docter gave her vitamins & instructed the do's & don't s of pregnancy. After meeting docter they went back to KV. Asad was taking special care of zoya. Once they reached KV inside there bedroom he made her sat on the bed. He kissed on her tummy.
Zoya: mr.khan
Asad: kyun mrs.khan I have kissed my daughter.
Zoya: it's a boy mr.khan
Asad: no way it's a girl.
Zoya: mr.khan
Asad: mrs.khan don't worry if we have a daughter first next time we will have a son.
Zoya: mr.khan. I am only 1 month pregnant with our 1 st kid you planned our 2 nd kid also.
Asad: ha mrs.khan after all I am a business man I have to plan everything before itself.
It was asad who broke the good news to his siblings when they came back in the evening. Every one was extremely happy & they kissed & hugged zoya. Najma made kheer & gave it to everyone for sharing the happiness. Najma,NikhAt & Humeira went to kitchen to prepare dinner & didn't allow zoya to move a bit.
SM
Dilshad distributed sweets to rashid, haider once they came back to SM in the evening & declared about zoya's pregnancy. No doubt duo was excited hearing the good news. Haider wanted to meet zoya so he left to KV to meet zoya. Unknown to them gaffour heard the entire conversation. He was extremely happy as he is going to be a grand father. His daughter is pregnant. He prayed to Allah to keep his daughter & grand child safe.
Rashid also wanted to meet asad & zoya. But asad won't be happy.
Dilshad: rashid if you want to meet zoya then don't hesitate.
Rashid: no dilshad asad won't like it.
Dilshad: rashid zoya is your Bahu & before that she was your dost you have right to meet her.
Rashid: we will meet her dilshad.
Dilshad: rashid zoya is pregnant. It was my biggest wish to see my grand child. Even tough najma, NikhAt & Humeira is there they all are youngsters they don't know about pregnancy. I want to be with her during this time. But I don't want to leave you also.
Rashid: dilshad zoya is pregnant with our grand child. She needs our care. She has never got a motherly affection. I know she loves & respect you like her own mother. We should take care of her.
Dilshad: I don't want to be away from you rashid
Rashid: I too don't want but I can't come & stay in KV.
Dilshad: don't worry I will find a way.
KV
Haider has got sweets & chocolates for zoya. It was NikhAt who opened the door. He smiled at her. Haider noticed that NikhAt has completely came out from her shell because of asya. She is now a confident women. He also know she started attending dance classes in the weekend. She is really happy & looking more beautiful
Haider: zoya Kahan hai NikhAt?
NikhAt: apne Kamre mein hai. Bulavu?
Haider: no it's ok I will go & meet her. NikhAt if I say something will you feel bad?
NikhAt: ji nahi.
Haider: this long anarkali suits won't suit you, if you were short tops or patialas you will really look good. And if you loose your hair you will look more beautiful. ( it's my personal opinion. Archana is really pretty, but they made her dark & on top of it they gave her long anarkalis & plated hair where she appeared as a typical behenji. If she were normal salwars or patialas with loose hair she will be stunning)
NikhAt was stuck for a minute. It was first time in her life someone mentioning here beautiful.
Haider: I am sorry I am really a straight forward person I hope you are not uncomfortable
NikhAt: ji nahi
He went towards zoya's bedroom. NikhAt was really restless. What's happening? Haider is only being friendly with her. Maybe she is over thinking she brushed away her thoughts.
Haider knocked & entered zoya's room. He went & hugged her.
Haider: congrats zoya. Asad bhai Kahan hai?
Zoya: he went to get my vitamin tablets.
He made her to sit in the bed & fed her with sweets. She too fed him.
Zoya: if I ask you something will you feel bad?
Haider: no
Zoya: yeh chutki kaun hai?
Haider closed his eyes.
Zoya: I am sorry I didn't mean to hurt you.
Haider: zoya chutki was my mausi's daughter. 17yrs back I lost her along with my mausi & parents. It was first time in my life I felt like I saw my chutki when I met you. If she was alive she will be exactly like you zoya.
Zoya holded his hands.
Zoya: I am sorry. Hereafter I will call you only bhaijaan.
He hugged her.
Zoya's phone rang. It was asad's call. She took it & was speaking to him.
It was at that time haider noticed the photo frame near the bed side table. He went & took it. He was shocked to find zainab mausi's photo in zoya's room. The man in the other part of photo frame isn't that gafoour siddiqi? Yes it's him. Haider very well remember his face was similar 17 yrs back. How come zoya is related to his mausi & his enemy?
Zoya came towards him.
Haider: chutki yeh?
Zoya: bhaijaan yeh meri ammi hai. I lost her when I was 3 yrs in a fire accident 17 yrs back. I was sent to an orphanage after that. API was my ammi's friends daughter. She adopted me when she found me in an orphanage. He is my abbu. I have never met him I don't even know his name. I came to Bhopal 6 months back to find my abbu. Even now I am searching for him.
Zoya was now crying. Haider holded her & caressed her. He was too shocked zoya is his zainab mausi's & gaffour siddiqi's daughter. That means she is his chutki. His princess! 17 yrs back he thought he lost her. But fate brought her in front of him. No wonder he felt so attached to zoya because she is his chutki. He thanked Allah for bringing his chutki back in his life.
