Zoya was too shocked to see Humeira in such a condition. She remembered Ayaan saying about humeira's heart disease. Open heart! Is it because of that she is in such a condition? She called ambulance & with the help of few good people she managed to enter her in the ambulance. On the way she called asad & informed about Humeira. She didn't have neither gaffour's nor razia's number. So she called & informed rashid & dilshad. Once they reached hospital Humeira was made to enter emergency. Zoya informed the docter what all she knows about humeira's heart condition. Zoya was crying & praying Allah Miya to save Humeira. Once asad reached zoya went & hugged him tightly. She cried her heart out. Asad patted her. He knew she is really scared.
Soon gaffour, razia, rashidil, haider & badi bee reached hospital. Every one was really scared for Humeira. Dilshad informed asad & zoya about humeira's fight with gaffour & razia.
Gaffour was seeing zoya's concern for Humeira. She doesn't know Humeira is her own sister. But even then she is bonded to her. Zoya was wearing a black executive skirt along black blazer. She had left her hair loose. She was looking so gorgeous in this costume.
After sometime docter came out after initially check up.
Docter: see Humeira is too weak & she is going through severe mental trauma. Mrs. Zoya told us about her heart condition & right now she needs complete rest & care. Don't stress her too much. And mrs. Zoya Humeira wants to meet you.
Every one was shocked. Especially gaffour & razia. Zoya looked asad. He asked her to go & met Humeira.
Humeira saw zoya coming inside. She gave her a week smile.
Zoya came & sat next to her. She caressed humeira's face. Suddenly Humeira holded zoya's hand.
Humeira: zoya please don't leave me alone. I don't have any one else.
Zoya: Humeira I am not going any where. Please relax & you are not allowed to stress yourself.
Humeira: zoya please take me also with you. I don't want to be with my parents here after. Please.
Zoya: Humeira please relax. Nothing will happen here against your wish.
Trust me.
Once zoya came out she informed humeira's desicion to every one.
Razia: no I will not allow my Humeira to go away from me.
Gaffour: razia Why can't you understand Humeira is not in a good condition. Docter has said to keep her away from all stress. Moreover she is really angry with us. If she wishes to stay with zoya then we should agree for her sake. We can later convince her.
Razia: yeh aap kya keherhiha? How will I send my daughter with people like asad & zoya?
Asad: what do you mean by people like us? Mrs. Razia siddiqi we are not like you who traps every one for your own sake & even tries to kill people & you have risked your own daughter for your selfishness. It's only because of your karma that poor girl is suffering like this.
Gaffour: razia chup raho. I am sorry asad. I apologise on her behave.
No doubt everyone was shocked.
Gaffour: if Humeira wish to stay with you people & if you don't have any objection I request to take care of her.
Zoya: don't worry about Humeira she is just like my own sister. We will take care of her.
With lot of pressurisation gaffour has convinced razia. They both wanted to meet Humeira. But Humeira doesn't want to meet them. So they saw her from outside & then left. Haider saw gaffour & razia leaving without meeting Humeira. He was watching that with pleasure. Finally he has seen there pathetic situation. They had lost her one & only daughter.
Zoya asked asad to leave to office. She was staying with Humeira. Haider too joined her. Others also slowly left.
Zoya, Humeira & haider was having a good time. Both zoya & haider engaged her so that she won't go back to her shell of insecurities.
Docter has called zoya & informed about humeira's medication & review details. Around evening Humeira was discharged. Asad came & pick them & took to KV. Zoya has arranged guest room for Humeira ( zoya's room)
After that she went to kitchen & prepared soup for humeira & dinner.
Zoya went to there room. Suddenly asad pulled her towards him. He kissed on her lips.
Zoya: mr.khan Humeira is also there in KV now.
Asad: so what you are my wife.
Zoya: mr.khan since Humeira is not well & she is new here I will be sleeping with her for few days.
Asad: this is not fair
Zoya: please mr.khan
Asad pouted. Zoya smiled. She kissed on his both cheeks. Then on his lips. Asad smiled. Zoya ran away.
Zoya was feeding Humeira soup. After that she gave her medicines. She made her sleep. Then she went to dining area & had dinner with asad.
Asad really doesn't want to sleep alone. He was sticking to zoya even when she was cleaning kitchen. Zoya has to literally drag asad to room & made him lie down in the bed. Before leaving he kissed her passionately.
Zoya & Humeira slept together that night. Humeira hugged her & slept.
Next day morning
Zoya got up early & went to take bath. After bathing she came out in towel. She saw asad sleeping. She went & sat next to him. She kissed his lips. Asad was awake. He pulled her towards him.
Zoya: mr.khan you have only 30 minutes.
Asad: mrs.khan first of all you were away from me whole night. Now you are giving me time limit? You will pay for this.
They both went to there own world. Even tough not with in time limit asad left zoya after some time since he knew Humeira is also there in KV & zoya has so many house hold works left.
Humeira joined asad & zoya for breakfast. She was enjoying the time spent with them. Not only zoya but also asad was really caring & friendly with Humeira. Humeira was feeling much more happiness than in sm. She felt
Iike she has her guardians with her. Since Humeira is advised bed rest for next two days zoya decided to work in home for next two days. Asad agreed with zoya. After asad left zoya & Humeira was engaged in a girl to girl talk. Haider too visited them in between.
Zoya: Humeira I don't have any younger sisters. You are just like my own sister so please call me API from now onwards.
Humeira was touched by zoya's care. She hugged zoya.
Gaffour & razia did call Humeira but she didn't respond. But zoya informed them about her health. Even tough razia was uncomfortable gaffour was relaxed and he did got to speak with zoya due to Humeira. He didn't worry about Humeira as he knows she is with her own elder sister.
As days passed asad & zoya took complete responsibilities of Humeira & took her for routine check up. They even spoke with her collage faculties & arranged special care for her in collage. After the first review check up Humeira forcefully sent back zoya to asad's room. Asad had arranged a driver for taking Humeira to college & picking her back. Zoya helped Humeira to concentrate in her studies which helped her to forget all her pain in her life. Humeira was determined to complete her studies & to take up her passionate profession in jewellery designing. Asad has asked her to complete her degree & then go for jewellery designing special course. Both asad & zoya helped Humeira in her studies. In these days haider used to visit KV & made a special place in asad & zoya's heart. There life was going smooth but one day midnight they heard a calling bell. Asad,zoya & Humeira came out to hall. They were so confused. Who could be here at this hour? It was asad who opened the door. He was shocked to see NikhAt standing there alone in a pathetic condition.
