You're a Brilliant writer, no doubt and I am loving it so far. I haven't really read Jane Auston's Emma.. I know... but I love the sort of adaptation you have managed to beautifully create with QH + cast.

And in no time, I'm loving this as well.
I kindaa don't feel right in terms of Zoe pairing up Akram. In a way, it could sidetraack Akram away from what's on his mind, but on the other hand ... I feel like a girl as naive and sweet as Tanveer wouldn't want to be with the false depiction of Akram which Zoe's laying out for her (all in a good way, which she is unaware of yet, as in Akram's intentions).
I hope Zoe realizes that and I can see Asad's pov as well.. though it's a serious thought this time. Hope all turns out to be good in the end. :)

Akram's the easiest.

I know many would rather imagine Nisha Nagpal as Tanveer...but.

A naive, clueless and typically Harriet with an inferiority complex Amrapali is a treat in itself!

The small things that Asad notices and knows about Zoya are great touches..Indeed a masterstroke!!

Bura na mano holi hai wala res

I am not sure what is different about this story or your writing on this one, it is absolutely, effortlessly, flourishing in a very happy way. It is like holi, spring is here. And there is upbeat feel about it. It is a pleasure to read it, and yes the update felt like it was over, even before it began. And on second reading I realized it was not that short either, just that the pace is really good which, makes it feel go faster than we think. Enjoyed it all.

Akram continues with his fawning attitude , Conveniently friendly. And Zoe ka bulb, she does move fast 😈

Asad and Tanveer interaction with Sholay bonding 👍🏼 Subtle and yet the gentle nudge towards sticking to one's opinion. Tanveer and Zoe both needed that.

Tanveer and Zoe interaction, the nudging is not so subtle, total contrast with Asad's. Nicely done.

Finally Asad and Zoe in his apartment, I loved it. T.rex monster resurrected. 🤣
Reading and Zoe 😆, I like how Asad got that out of his way. Tiramisu bhi reh gaya. Besties indeed.

And finally Asad's concern and his conversation with Dilshad. I must say Zoe is getting better with each update. I am loving this Zoe. I think talking to Dilshad has made Asad realize that Zoe has other qualities than being a best friend, it is like he already knew that, it just got highlighted again, there is an awareness about it now. And I have always been biased towards Asad. However I find myself leaning towards Zoe for the first time ever. I can get used to this Zoe. Woh sach main bechari nahi hai. Kabhi bhi nahi thi. 😆

This update felt like a date with movies, 3 movie references. 😛

And the update is truly holi wala update 😃
