scary... the y almost kill her ... and wound both...

in all this asad claim her his...

and saw asad concern for her... the kiss meant to be happen...

PART 7

As expected, Dilshaad was shocked too see Asad and Zoya in such a horrible state. She immediately called the doctor to attend to them. The doctor gave them treatment and ordered them to take rest for atleast a week.

At Night (Around 2:00)

Asad tossed and turned on his bed. He couldn't take it anymore. He grimaced as he tried to sit up. This restlessness was killing him. Zoya had asked Dilshaad to go to her room and rest, and had assured her that she was feeling alright, but Asad still wanted to see if she was fine or not. He needed to see Zoya.

He slowly got up holding the bed for support and bit his lip , because the movement was causing him so much pain.

Asad (thinking) : I need to see her. Yeh dard to kuch nahi hai, pata nahi wo bechari kaisi hai.

He somehow made his way to her bedroom. The door was open and Asad looked in. Zoya was sitting upright , hoisted on a pillow for support . He noticed some tears escaping from her closed eyes as she rubbed her injured arm. Asad felt sad and slowly walked up to her and sat next to her. Zoya opened her eyes only to see Asad placing her head gently on his shoulder and putting his arm around her comfortingly.This gave her a lot of relief. She wiped her tears from the other hand and looked up to him.

Zoya: Mr Khan, aap yahan kya kar rahe hai? Abhi tak soye nahi?!

Asad : Aap bhi toh abhi tak soyi. Bohut dard ho raha hai kya?

Zoya : Mai thik hoon, aap kaise hai?

Asad: Meri fikar mat karo... Tumhe neend ki zaroorat hai. Chup chap so jao.

Zoya lifted her head looked at him pleadingly: Tum kahin chale toh nahi jaoge naa?

(She felt safe and protected in his arms. All her pains surprisingly subsided when he was near her and all her worries seemed so little)

Asad couldn't help smiling at her innocence as she looked at him pleadingly with those beautiful expressive eyes.

Asad: Mai kahin nahi jaaonga. Ab so jao.

Zoya heaved a sigh of relief and put her head back on his shoulder , slowly drifting off to sleep.

Several times she woke up, panting and sweating,dreaming of hungry hands groping her in a dark shed. But whenever that happened, Asad would comfort her and put her back to sleep like she was a little child.

7 days passed and Asad and Zoya were recovering steadily. Infact, they already had resumed work. Asad made sure Zoya took all her medicines on time , But apart from that they interacted only during work.

In the office.

Asad called Zoya to his cabin.

Asad : Zoya, aaj ka schedule kya hai?

Zoya (glancing at a diary): Aaj aapke important client Mr Khanna ke business deal ki success party hai raat 8 baje.

Asad : Thik hai. Hum yahan se seedhe party par jayenge.

Zoya looked at her plain white crisp shirt with trousers and gasped : Kya? Seedhe yahan se?

Asad (confused) : Haan. Kya problem hai?

Zoya: Mr Khan, mai yeh plain kapde pehen kar party nahi attend kar sakti! Mujhe ghar jaakar tayyar hona padega.

Asad: Hmm, okay. Tum abhi ghar jao. Mujhe party me milna. Aur haan, wo deal ke files laane mat bhoolna.

Zoya heaved a sigh of relief and walked off.

Asad(rolling his eyes) : Ye ladki bhi na..!

At the party.

Asad greeted Mr.Khanna and made his way towards an empty chair.

Asad(thinking) : Zoya ab tak aayi kyon nahi. Ek call kar ke dekhta hoon.

Suddenly he heard her voice behind him - 'Mr Khan? Ye lijiye, files.'

He turned around, expecting to see her dressed in a Western dress but what he saw made him gasp.

Zoya was draped in a beautiful black sari which had a beautiful, flowy texture. Her choli exposed a slender waist and she wore high heels. Her make up was simple and her hair was tied up in a messy bun, a few strands escaping and resting on the sides of her face.

All Asad could think at the moment was 'Mashaallah'
