2 episodes done and I still don't feel it.. Rakesh is trying too hard.. And I really hope he hasn't been watching old reruns of Karan.. He needs to come in with a fresh perspective if he wants to make a mark.. A couple of things I noticed

- Screen presence : QH has a stellar cast. In terms of grabbing eyeballs, he doesnt stand a chance. In today's episode where razia and him were in the same frame, I kept looking at razia. Even though she wasn't the one speaking. Asad as a character is one who sucks the air out of the room and commands everyone's attention. Was dissapointed on that front.

- RV is no doubt a talented actor. But with asad he seems to be trying too hard. Maybe it's the nervousness of filling into someone else's shoes, or just lack of time to prep. The dialogue delivery is forced. Asad doesn't need to shake and shiver. His character never externalizes his angst. Asad's anger is volcanic, taking everyone by surprise. I didn't see any of that today. Too hammy and rehearsed for my liking.

Let's see what the week ahead shows us.

I like this version of Asad too. He's different and yet in a lot of ways the same akdu guy. Did you happen to see the promo? I thought the way he delivered those dialogues in a cold and manic way was great! Not something we have ever seen Asad do but totally unexpected and good!

Oh Del! What can I say - I absolutely looved what I saw. I like the husky tone of his voice - I don't understand what he says though cos I'm don't understand hindi and I can't find a WU anywhere. He looks so cool - now,if only he wears a black suit! Agree with you, not something we have seen Asad do and I must say, I'm liking what I see!

@Bold - Why QH needs lease time?😕

the speed at which the story is being told, hints at a wrap up. However, looks like the raaz will take 1 month as per the promo. So looks like QH may still have 2-3 months depending on how the TRPs do.

Me neither. I want it to run..but if the story is told its better to wrap than drag.

The episode was ok-ish! As you mentioned, a typical Monday episode.But what I did like was, the whole Zoya-Razia, Asad-Razia+ "was-gaffar-really-there" scenes.I enjoyedthe confrontationsand boy, were they good. I alsoliked therefined version ofAsad I'm seeing on screen probably because I'm not expecting him to be the Asad I saw before. He's fitting to the story right now and that's what it's really about isn't it. I thought he was good, considering that this was his firstdialogue deliveryscene beside "Zoooyyyaaa" the other day. It's visible that he hasn't yet got the grooves yet but there's still pretty much for him to do with Asad but I believe he's bringing his own flavour to it...

And I wish Hassena gets eaten by crocodiles some day! I can't believe why Hassena gets to talk more than Gaffar. He just stands there and looks at everyone! Unbelievable!

Did you see the new promo...Allah Miyan RV delivered the last line so well!!! 😲

Del, Rquesh's first real scene hasn't yet started.
This was his entry scene in SM, so was over-dramatic with police and what not.
His real scenes will start today hopefully, when he has asad like talk with Dilshad and Zoya.
Qureshi house made me bang my fists and Huha over-drama made me bang my head. One more disappointment and I was ready to bang the TV.
Thankfully, Surbhi and Alka saved my TV.😆

Surbhi and Alka were great today and for me personally so far so good on RV.

Less said about Hu the better 😆

And as far as RV's first real scene is concerned. I find him decent, he is good with his expressions and he potrayed the anger quite well but I think he needs to work on his dialogue delivery IMO, it feels like he is putting too much effort in to it, it needs to be more effortless I think. But as it's his first scene as Asad so I think he was pretty good considering that and I'm sure he will improve in the upcoming episodes so goodluck to him.
And I'm loving asad's bg score also HaiRa's bg score is quite beautiful. Special mention to whoever who has composed it. A really good job on that front 👏

u guys said it all.nothing left for me.just hope they use Mohit sehgal for better scneces not as filler.i really not liking the way cvs giving haider.hope they dont forget he is here for a motive and he needs to do that.i want haider-zoya badly and hope haira returns from that jungle really soon.and about raqesh u guys said it all.we need to give him some time i guess.
