You know what, when I see shit all around with people chanting how he is some Lord who deserves everything in the world and only he can be right... everyone else is wrong... BS...

Karan wanted to go into Bollywood and Qubool Hai was a great platform for him to get that recognition and platform to get noticed which his previous shows didn't do for him because it didn't have such a wide viewership...

Grover growing his hair and looking hideous with that stupid ponytail time to time was an indication that his heart was not in it...

And for those who are chanting that he is sick and all, well I'm sorry, if I was that sick, I wouldn't be vacationing with my wife.. Rather, I would sit at home and try to recover my deteriorating health...

The point is, his heart wasn't in it and he was looking for a chance to leave... But, fans will always think from a fans point of view and will never see anything wrong.. Instead, they will support these actors even if they are wrong...

The channel's not handled this issue very well either. If he was disinterested in the show, there was a better way of letting him go. It's almost as if they'r issuing a threat to other actors - Don't mess with us, or we'll rip apart your reputation.

Stating that he used to come drunk on the sets, when none of his co-stars have ever even mentioned such stuff is just plain despicable. Not just that, you ensure you put a gag order on everyone involved in the show and make sure no one contradicts your opinion. If the channel's stand is true, then why haven't the people actually involved with this show come out and spoken up on similar lines. All we are getting is random quotes from unconfirmed sources

Big channel or not, they have no bloody right to issue a character certificate on an actor. He hasn't hit, molested or berated someone. If he played hookie, handle it maturely. They've dragged themselves into the muck as well. What they did was a clear ploy to swing KSG immense fan-following, so that the show survives with a new lead. They wouldn't care two hoots about letting him go, if not for the pull he had.

Just saw Shalini phone interview, she cited many reasons for his leaving but this😕, why?

His advising Raqesh is definitely sound type of joke..

If Surbhi left or had her way like him, would these people would have cut any slack for her..

@ Priyanka- Word! I didnt know who KSG was till i started watching QH and I watch QH for the story. And the story is Zoya's story! Asya in my opinion were good till July.. After which I lost interest - wasnt the same ever. And after the way Zoyaan was meted out, what lil interest I had in Asya was gone. The disinterest on the part of KSG showed big time and the famed chemistry imo was not there at all.

Imo, the contract story is BS. He had made statements saying QH should run 4-5 years etc. So this is saving face time and selling a story that his fans will buy.

For Zee Tv to accuse him of something like this and starting legal proceedings, it clearly means that somewhere he has overstepped his boundaries.

If he were sick, he should have put in his papers, taken the channel and PH in confidence, served out his notice period and quit. VM did the same - served out his notice period, canned his shots and bye!

exactly Pri...it's a whole big mess. He wasn't coerced into anything...he said it repeatedly in most of his interviews...it was seriously hilarious to read that he suggested to kill off Asad's character just because his fans are attached to Asad...like seriously...is this guy for real? He does believe that he is indispensable. Yes, he was a great actor but there are many like him out there...if Rakesh is the new Asad I am going to support him.

exactly harini...the fact that he came out with statements like that knowing all along that he would be leaving the show in Oct really raises questions about his credibility. The channel wouldn't take this step if there wouldn't be any truth to it.

Their character certificate isn't wrong and I'll wager they have proof too. The channel I agree should have just issued a statement and taken him to the cleaners because they will win.

@bold - it would seem like they dont care that he is gone at all. They have fired him haven't they. If they wanted him to stay you can be sure there wouldn't be any mudslinging and there would be some politically correct statements flying around. My guess - Mr.Grover grovelled, failed and has then issued a statement late last night to save face. Well, I am sure amongst his fans he has managed to but it's not them he needs to convince it's other channel execs and Phs. Good luck to him because I am willing to bet he won't be around for some time now if at all.
