Well I can't deny he has been unprofessional last few months like the TOI article states. With his frequent holidays, obvious declining interest in the show shown by his disinterest in acting and even his refusal to cut his hair. But still I can't picture anyone else taking his place since he did his role so convincingly before last couple of months.
