Exercise and diet mainly...calorie counting when eating so I don't over eat...gave up rice (well...I did have it once in a blue moon but very little)..no fast food like mcd/pizza for more than 6 mths rd now...sugar intake decrease...no more sodas or sweet drinks at restaurants...just water..it's torture but worth it...and then since november when I've been back at my hometown..been going hiking up and down this particular hill here which is really good work out...
