What I don't understand is that why on earth Haseena does not learn from her mistakes. Is she hoping Asad will have a change of heart and wouldn't be loyal to his family anymore.

My thought exactly. I guess she thought that since Dilshad "abandoned" him that he wouldn't possibly be at the house at that moment in time.
