So shirin is Zoya's
phuphi and Zoya is coming to india to find her Phuphi...

Chapter 3

Zoya reached her destination!! India,Bhopal!! as usual was crowded, she was in a whole new place, she had never been to India in the past.. this was her first time, she was nervous, will she ever find her phupi?? will her phupi even accept her? from where will she start her search!! her mind was occupied with a lot of questions, she snapped out of it.. she decided to be strong, she was Gaffur Siddiqui's daughter, she had to be strong, she spoke to her mind... her journey from mumbai aiport to bhopal was quite tiring, the traffic, the heat, the roads and its bumps.. these were the new things any foreign return would feel... she was exhausted.. She decided to stay at a hotel and start her search!!

'Allah miya, mujhe kamzor mat karna, himmat dena mujhe, apne phuppi ko dhoondne main.. kaise akheli pad gayi hoon...' she cried her heart out... she cried all night she spent at the hotel!! she had no strength to wake up.. she never gave up.. she got up, and showered and had her breakfast and left, she wanted to start her new life with blessings from Allah, she decided to start her journey from going to the mazar...

Razia was boiling with anger... zoya had escaped with all the documents,

'kaha gayi wo' screamed razid hitting the bench with her fisted hands...

' calm down aapi.. wo kahi nahi jaa sakti hai, yahi kahi hogi,. ill find her' akram said confidently

'to fhir jao.. khade khade kya kar rahe ho, go!! i want her by tomorrow... agar usne kisi aur se nikah kiya toh, hum log kuch nahi kar paayenge, naahi iss property pe hamara haq hoga,..isse pehle usay dhoondna hoga' razia said throwing the things kept on the table, she had lost all the patience...

'hello pretty young lady' ayan said in a flirty way,.. just to irritate dilshad, when she was busy with her kitchen work, she chuckled at his words and held his ears tightly..

' badtameez... young lady!! huh...' dilshad questioned him happily and later it turned into a frown on her face...

' kya hua dilshad ammi!! oho please, dont start with your water works now' ayan said and dishad rolled her eyes...

' why would i cry.. ayan.. abhi bhi main young hi hoon kyun?? samjhe' haan abhi hoon, i mean teen bachhon ki ammi hoon, phir bhi young dikhti hoon' dilshad said with confidence while ayan started laughing

'ammi, dekha aapne, ayan is just flattering bas!! aapko tang karne ke liye' najma said making faces at ayan...

just then shireen came up
' ab tum dono shuru mat ho jaana... abhi ghar pe asad bhi nahi nai, to control you guys'

'bye ammi, bye khala... main college jaungi.. aye besharam, tum toh vele ho na... mujhe college chod sakte ho na.. chalo' najma said pulling ayan out...

'ye dono bhi na, kabhi nahi sudrenge' shireen said rolling her eyes...
' haan shireen.. aisa lagta hai, jaisa asad, ayan aur najma ka toh khoon ka rishta hai'

'ismain koi shaq nahi hai' shireen said with tears in her eyes...
dilshad noticed her tears' shireen.. kya hua... purane din yaad aagaye kya??'

'haan dilshad... ye teeno toh saath main bade hue.. yaad hai, tumhare purane ghar pe, hum rukhe the kuch saal ke liye, aur jab ayan paida hua, tab toh wo bade hote hote,asad aur najma ko apna maane laga, sabko bolta tha ki uska ek bada bhai aur behen hai' shireen smiled through her tears

' dilshad agar tu nahi hoti toh hamara kya hota... main aur imam kaha jaate...' shireen hugged dilshad,and dilshad tried to calm her dowm

' aise mat bolo shireen... main tum dono ka problem samaj sakti thi,.. kyunki mera aur rashid ka bhi nikah aisa hi hua tha, tum toh jaante ho, main bhi tum dono ki tarah ghar walon se ladkar rashid se nikah kiya... aur imam ne humara saath diya tha... imam, rashid aur main aakhir ek hi college main padhte the... aur acche dost bhi the, aur tum dono ke nikah se pehle jab rashid ka maut hua, tab imam ne mera saath diya, tab najma bas 2 mahine ki thi..mere ghar walon se maine aajtak nahi mile, aur tumne bhi aisa hi kiya na... lekin aisa mat karo shireen.. ghar walon se door rehna bohot mushkil hai, tum aise mat karna, mere gar walon ne rashid ko aakhri salaam dene ke liye bhi nahi aaye, aur mujhe madad karne se inkaar kiya tha... isiliye mera asad aise ban gaya, kisi ke madad lene bagair apne aap iss unchayi pe aakar khada hopaaya... tumhare ghar waale toh acche hai na, lekin tum dono hi unse door bhagte rahe aur aaj tak mila bhi nahi, aur nahi unko mauka diya tum dono se milne ka'

'main unse milna chati hoon... lekin aap imam ko jaante hai na, imam unse nafrat karta hai...hum dono ka nikah hone ke baad bhi mere ghar walon ne talaak denepe zor kiya tha.. yaad hai na aapko'

'allah pata nahi kab mere asad aur imam ka nafrat khatam hoga'
both had this emotional talk and cried over each other's shoulder... both missed their families a lot, they were sailing on the same emotions.. they understood each others feelings...

she showed the photograph to many people, asking them to identify, on the roads, parks, mazar, markets, every where, there was no clue... not a single clue... she was walking on the lone streets, where there was no single soul not even street dogs,... she was so into her thoughts that she never realised, when she actually reached such deserted place.. all of a sudden it started to rain... the clouds were pouring heavily... she realised that she was out of her way... she had to reach back to the hotel...

' ya allah, kaise jagah pe aake phas gayi... allah miyan please help me' she started praying, a small curve on her lips found its way.. finally there was a car approaching.. she waved her hands in order to stop the car... she regretted the moment she saw drunken men,.. singing and hooting at her... she stood there with a shocked expression...
asad was back home after a long tiring meet... he was returning back from Indore... he was passing through the desserted area... he spotted the drunden men driving crazily... they kept trying to go ahead of asad's car, he did not want to create any road fight, he just let them take ahead, he then from a far view spotted a women stopping the car with those drunken men... asad knew that she's going to be in trouble... he immediately stopped the car and rushed towards a shocked zoya and held her hands...

'arre ye maal humara hai... chodo usay...' he said looking at asad, and ordered the other men to drag her from him... zoya tried to pull away from asad... he did not oblige.. instead held her wrist tighter, as the men approached her, asad gave a punch on his face... and twisted his hands, and it started turning blue, all this while asad never left zoya's hands, it was raining heavily that asad was not able to look at her face... the other men who looked at the condition of their mate, just dragged the wounded men into the car and drove off...

zoya gave a disgusting look to asad, she thought he was trying to get her, fighting from those men, she thought he was the same like those men, except that he was handsome... she pulled off her hands from his..

'Allah miya.. what's wrong with you.. how dare you hold my hands like that' zoya screamed in the middle of the road...

'dekhiye...' asad just stopped when he looked at her face... drenched in the rain, still she looked so angelic... he observed her sharp features, her dove like eyes were showing anger and frustation and her pouting lips, which kept on blabbering, for a second he had lost his mind, he came out of his trance when zoya waved her hands at him...

' ye main kya soch raha hoon... ' he thought to himself...he went closer to her, as he could not hear a word she was saying due to the heavy rain...

' stay away... i said stay- away!! paas mat aao' zoya screamed and pushed him backwards

'dekhiye, ye chillane ka waqt nahi hai.. main aapko madad karne aaya hoon... '

'look mr dont act smart, i know your type very well... kya socha tumne, akeli ladki hai, aur kaise faida uthaye!! huh' she screeched ... and asad rolled his eyes, though she was screaming and misjudging him, he felt a desire to help her, to protect her...

'this place is not safe, main aapko aapke ghar tak chod sakta hoon' he politely asked, but she kept screaming and balbering, he decided to just pull her into his car, so that he could drop her safely...
and he did that, she kept protesting, but he was too strong to her him go off her hands... she had to oblige...
he sat on the driver's seat and started off...

'kahan drop karna hai aapko' asad asked pressing his forehead..

'how dare you,,... main police main complaint karungi,.. ull rot in hell!! i know your intentions well' she kept going on and on...
asad had enough of it he stopped the car and looked at her, she never stopped,..'STOP!! i said stop' asad said in a loud voice enough to stop zoya...

' dekhiye, main aapko nahi jaanta hoon, nahi jaanna chata hoon, i just saved a girl from those men... bas!! lagta hai aap is jagah pe nayi aayi hai.. toh batayiye kaha drop karna hai aapko' asad said in a controlled anger voice... zoya was shaken... but still angry at his rude behaviour.. she had no other option than to trust him at this moment, she gave him her address...

after few minutes of silence,
zoya said in an irritating manner ' you know what, aap bohot hi rude insaan hai, agar aap mera madat karna chateuy the toh pehle hi batate, lekin nahi, you had to dominate and show off your rude behaviour, what do you think you are, do you own the world??'
asad rolled his eyes at her comment

'like seriously... aap koi jahapanah hai, jo kisiko koi explaination tak nahi denge, ya phir...' she was stopped by asad
' look miss.. what ever.. '

'zoya... my name is zoya' she said makin faces at him

'miss zoya, you never gave me a chance to even speak, you only know to misjudge people... ' asad said in a stern voice..

'what ever.. and by the way thank you, mr..'

'asad ahmed khan' said asad

'thank you mr khan for saving my life' she said in a sarcastic tone making weird faces...

Asad dropped her at the hotel, zoya got down and went upto the driver seat..
'thank you mr khan, i hope i dont see you again in this city.. allah hafiz' zoya said

' inshallah aapko mere chehre phirse nahi dekhna padhega, just in case you dont get into trouble again...'

'excuse me, what do you mean , agar main koi musibat main hoon, i can handle myself, aapka naam thodi na pukarungi... your not my knight in shining armour... get that straight...

asad just rolled his eyes and turned away.
'allah hafiz' he said and drove off his suv... she stared at the moving car and snapped out from there..

asad was driving back home, his eyes were on the streets, but his mind was recollecting the incident which just happened...
'lagta hai, iss sheher main nayi aayi hai.. akeli rehti hogi... i hope she stays safe...' ' what am i thinking, i should just forget about this girl, she's such a blabber queen... yet so beautiful... No, i mean i should forget... asad just forget about that brat, he calmed himself and drove back home'

zoya was too exhausted, she decided to take a hot shower, to calm her nerves...
' what if i fall into another trouble... main toh akeli hoon, kal agar koi naya musibat aagaya toh... will he come to save me!! stop zoya stop thinking of him... why would he come to save me... he' such an arrogant man!! dekhne main toh kitna charming lagta hai, attitude toh dekho iski.. how dare he tries to dominate me!! huh!!

again another day passed, will zoya soon find her phupi, the next day had surprises stored for zoya...
