finally she is home she is staying with her phoopi

najma and shireen oh god so much involved in the tv didn't even noticed the guest

Chapter 5

'zoya, tum aaram karo beta, ill make sure tumhara saara samaan kal tak le aungi' dilshad said while helping zoya to lie down on the bed, covering her with the quilt...

'aunty, koi baat nahi hai, ill check in tomorrow and get back my things' zoya said,

'no, not a word, tum aaram karo... ill go with najma and collect your stuff, tum bas aaram karo,...' dilshad said busy arranging the stuff in the room, zoya had no choice other than nodding her head.. dilshad left zoya in the room and walked towards the study room

shireen and najma were laughing loudly, watching their favourite movie,... dilshad went and stood in front of the tv,...

'ammi... hatiye,...,' najma screamed on top of her voice,..

'shhh... zoya aaram kar rahi hai... chup,..' dilshad said signaling them to remain silent and switched off the tv..

'zoya?????' shireen and najma said in unison!!

'shhh' dheere, wo guest room main hai, humara naya sadasya... dilshad said with a big smile on her face

'naya sadasya matlab?, kya asad ka????' shireen said closing her mouth with her hands, giving a shocking expression!! and najma's mouth was wide open,

'oho shireen,.. mera wo matlab wo nahi hai,... ' dilshad explained the entire situation to them,...dilshad was happy to welcome zoya to her house, she felt a warm feeling when she was with zoya..

'ammi aapne bilkul theek kiya, ill go meet her'

'nahi najma, let she take rest, baad main milte hai'

It was almost 7 in the evening... asad had just returned, while najma and dilshad were setting the dining table.

'assalamwalikum ammi' asad greeted with a smile, as he entered and shook najma's head,...'hey tamatar'

'bhaijaan!!' she said pouting..

'tamatar!! one cup coffee!! please' asad asked and went to his room.

'ammi, zoya ka soup ready hai, aap jaake unhe dijiye main bhaijaan ke liye coffee banati hoon' najma told her ammi...

dilshad took the bowl of soup and went to zoya's room, and najma took the coffee to asad's room

'thank you tamatar, asad said taking his coffee.

'bhaijaan don't call me that, ayan bhi mujhe tamatar bulata hai' she pouted and turned away, asad smiled at her childishness

'toh kya, tum ho toh tamatar hi, it suits you well' he said and chuckled and najma gave him the 'whatever' look!!

'oh, i forgot to tell you, there's a new guest in our house' najma said while asad got busy with his files, in-between sipping his coffee. 'hmm' asad said

'ammi told me, she's staying here as a paying guest'

'she' asad asked lookin up,

'ji, bhaijaan.. its her' najma said

'lekin kaise, i mean, you know i don't like guests' asad said folding his hands

'i know bhaijaan, she's lonely and new to this place' najma told him the whole story

'theek hai, let she stay, lekin, she has to follow the house rules, don't even miss a single information, i want her to know her boundaries if at all she wants to stay here, this is entirely upto you okay, ussay acche se samjhana' asad said with a strict face and najma abliged

'ill go and see her, i haven't even met her yet' najma said and went towards the guest room, she met zoya and najma had an instant connection towards her, zoya felt more comfortable when she met najma. dilshad and najma were sitting along with zoya, busy talking, asad came to the dining room and sat down on his chair waiting for his ammi, it was his dinner time. He called out for them, but no response, he waited. impatient, he just went towards the guest room and knocked the door

'shayad, its not nice for me to enter, wo bhi jab wo mehmaan hai,... ' he knocked on the door instead, calling out for his ammi, dilshad opens the door and stood in front of him, blocking zoya's and asad's view.

'sorry ammi, maine app logon ko disturb toh nahi kiya?' asad asked,

'nahi asad, im sorry hum log itna busy hogaye the, i forgot, that its dinner time' dilshad said so and asad walked back towards the dining table, wondering, what was so special about the new girl, that she took off his ammi's and najma's attention, not that he dint like it, he was curious to meet her, for some strange reason, he felt like knowing who that was, He came out of his thoughts and started concentrating on dinner.

'ammi, wo lakdi ne khana khaya??' asad asked, while he took a bite of food into his mouth.

'haan asad, maine soup banaya tha' 'aur unka tabyat kaisa hai ab?' he asked not looking at his ammi, 'uska tabyat abhi thoda behtar hai, najma ke saath waqt bitane ke baad, i think she's feeling nice' dilshad said.. she wondered how his son was asking questions related to zoya, he never thought this much, especially when it comes to a girl, but she avoided these thoughts

zoya felt like she heard his voice before, 'do i know him, why does his voice sound so familiar, ' she thought to herself, while najma held her shoulders getting her attention.' kya soch rahi ho' najma asked, ' nothing najma, bas aise hi' she answered and ignored her thoughts and went back to sleep, while najma helped her settle on the bed,...

Zoya kept tossing and turning on the bed, she felt thirsty, she got up and walked towards the dining table picked up the bottle and quenched her thirst, it was quite dark in the dining area, she turned back to go, when her leg hit the table hard, making a loud noice, asad opened his eyes, he wondered what the noice was, he tip toed towards the dining area and he saw her sitting down holding her knee,... asad could make out it was the guest, he pinched the bridge of his nose, irritated and went up to her,

'are you okay' he asked not able to look at her face, zoya shook when she heard him all of a sudden
'im sorry, i dint mean to scare you, are youu okay?? he asked again, while she just nodded her head and tried to get up not facing him and she failed, and fell back, asad held her arm and helped her stand up, she avoided him, embarrassed and turned to walk away, but she tripped again,...
his strong arms held her tight, she closed her eyes tight, asad was frustated now,

'aap dekhke nahi chal sakti' asad said in a loud voice, zoya finally recognised his voice, 'it had to be him!! she thought facing him ' Allah miya!! Mr asad ahmed khan!! don't tell me its you?? she screamed, Asad was confused, he turned on the lights and turned his face towards her
'aap' he said frustated, ' It had to be you!! musibat, dekha again, i had to help to out of all the people' he said rolling his eyes

'Oh please, i never asked you to help me... i can help myself!! thank you, Mr akdu ahmed khan... yakeen nahi hota app dilshad aunty ke bete hai aur najma ka bhai' she said with shocked expressions'

'excuse me??' asad asked moving close to her, she stopped him showing her palm and turned, she tripped and asad ran and held her, not letting her fall,their eyes met, they were lost into each other, zoya shrugged and moved away from him... not meeting his eyes, he had enough of her drama, so he came close to her and carried her in his arms and walked towards her room, zoya tried to free herself, he was too strong to budge,so she gave up

'aap aise kyun hai, so dominating?? huh, how could you just do this?!!'

' its better than letting you fall, theek se chal nahi sakti..aise main madat karo toh problem hai, Help karo toh problem !!'

'help !! ya right, aap toh zabardasti kar rahe hai... akdu!!'

asad placed her on the bed and left, without looking at her...
'what does he think of himself!! main bhi kaha aake phas gayi hoon, ab yaha se jaa bhi nahi sakti, iss akdu ko toh kal dekh lungi, kitna attitude hai!! aise hi chalagaya'

asad lied down on his bed, thinking of zoya, 'toh ye thi, mehmaan, inse door hi rehna hai, jab bhi main inke paas hota hoon, pata nahi mujhe kya hojata hai... jadugarni!!' he said and drifted off to sleep.
